After windows updated my computer, my laserjet6MP will not print. When I click on print, an error message appears indicating that there is an error in printing. When I checked for error it says there is a job prevents printing to the printer, but there is no jobs in the queue.

I have not all printers working, but now after update it does not print. I love this printer and do not give it up.

(1) in Device Manager > right click on the driver, and then select uninstall
Reboot and Windows will reload the driver
(2) remove the upper & lower filters that cause errors in Code 31

Then open and view a document and close it. Close the player and reopen it. the tools Panel should stay closed and reader should open completely immediately.
