  If you are using the latest version of Muse, you can check the MuseLog.txt file in your Documents folder. It has a log message that indicates what text frame has the inconsistency.

  If this does not help, please send us the Muse file to [email protected] for investigation and provide a link to this thread for the context. If the file is larger than 20 MB, you can use a service like Dropbox, creative cloud, WeTransfer, file sharing.

  I've been using Muse for a little over a year now, I've designed websites and uploaded to the FTP host with ease. Now from the other day after I updated Muse I got the following error message when sending to the FTP host:

  I ended up solving the problem! So grateful, I was able to search deeper in the other positions on the issue and found a similar situation and how it was fixed. I fixed it by copying text in text boxes, the removal of the text box and copy text in new text boxes. Thanks for having this forum available for questions and answers for the Adobe programs!

  Greetings from Adobe community!

  I work with Adobe Muse fairly regularly, and this morning for the first time, I received an error during the launch of Adobe Muse.

  I made a few very basic troubleshooting in terms of restarting my computer, raising my Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.

  The only thing I did is totally removed and reinstalled Muse - as I am hoping to find an alternative solution, or see if any of you have experienced this before.

  I took a quick screenshot of the error and that you posted below.

  Any information or ideas on this matter would be most appreciated.

  I'm really sorry to hear about the error of 3123. This error is an error very low level of the underlying database used by Muse. It usually indicates the file has been corrupted by something outside the Muse (file transfer is failed, the synchronization of files failed, media file has been deleted without being ejected, etc), but this may indicate a bug in Muse.

  It would help if you could send us the .muse to [email protected] file as well as a link to this topic. (If the file is larger than 20 MB you can use a service like Adobe SendNow, SendThisFile or WeTransfer.)

  It is very rare that a file which reports of this error can be repaired, but if possible we will repair the file. Even if it is not possible, file review can help us determine the underlying cause of corruption.

  I found the problem. It was something wrong with a couple of text boxes. I copy and paste the content into a new text box and it works fine now. It's a big bug tho because the content is exactly the same, just a new text box

  Hello, always that I close and then try to open the muse of adobe, I got an error that says that I need the "Application Manager" to start, so I went to download. I have had this problem since I installed Adobe Muse, I just uninstalled creative cloud and then reinstall it (took me about 30 mins. or more)... but I want to do that whenever I need to use the muse from adobe, these errors should not happen I was so excited because I'm muse adobe...
