  Thanks for your help. Now, we know the problem: we have tried to work with 'domain.tld', but our supplier it redirects to "www.domain.tld" with a 301. If muse get - the 301 instead of the test file.

  Please the following steps and you'll be all set.

  1. disconnect Muse by going to help > log out. (if you see the option to do so)

  2 disconnect from the creative Application of cloud. (Steps are mentioned in the link disconnect, sign in |) Creative Office Cloud app), then quit the Application in creative cloud.

  3 Rename the folder "OOBE" to "OOBEold".

  MAC: (This file can be found at Finder > go > go to folder > enter ~/library/application support/Adobe > press return)

  Widows: (This file can be found at C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe )

  4 restart the Muse, sign in with your Adobe ID

  Please let me know if the steps above do not work, or if you have any confusion.

  If you say 'no' to recovery, all changes made since the last Save will be lost.

  Using the icon of the convenient trash in the bottom right of the active panel (instead of the option-click on the offending asset itself) I was able to completely remove the .pdf and lose this pdf on page link.

  With those gone, I managed to download 3rd party within the Muse and everything is good.  You always wonder that spoke of this corrupt pdf.

  It was my first time initialization. I was to install the correct version but figured out that, because of the way that some records are put in place, I could solve the problem, so it wasn't the product.

  MAC: how whether your Mac to Intel processor with a 32-bit or 64-bit - processor Apple Support

  This widget can be installed on the Muse CC2014 and above versions and if you are on a 32-bit computer, you will be unable to upgrade to the MUSE CC2014 and above.

  I recommend you to update your computer to 64-bit and then you go to the MUSE CC 2014, once updated, you will be able to install this widget.

  Please let me know if the machine is 64-bit.

  Looks like Adobe Application Manager has been corrupted. He'll have to re - install AAM.

  When I click on download I get a problem report for Adobe Application Manager quite unexpectedly.  I rebooted, don't know what to do next.

  I had the same problem - I bought the complete creative cloud, and as soon as I wanted to download my first piece of software. After the purchase, I logged on adobe.com and clicking on a "Download" button - a "adobe application manager" arisen - and close unexpectedly. every time - I restarted the computer, tried different browsers... still, it crashed after about 30 seconds...

  I found a solution that worked for me, I used the 'adobe creative cloud tool cleaner", check out this link:

  Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

  After using the vacuum cleaner, the good thing happened when you click on the download button: I was asked to install the "CreativeCloudInstaller" - instead of an Adobe Application Manager - and now it works like a charm.

  While thinking about what to do, I came across this post and figured - I might as well post my solution here.

  I get the error message "Adobe Muse met now error and will output. Please report the last actions bit that you have taken to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team. "Uid with several owners: ImageFrame belonged to PagePageItem and BaseLink. I get this when I try and record and I don't know what is the cause or, as I've made a few changes to the site, what actions it would have been. I use the latest version of Muse. the 2014.3 I was able to publish the site with changes, but he has not saved, so I have a different web version then what is recorded. My published site is the most recent, but the registered version is one without the latest changes. When I tried to merge started the update of the asset, then showed this error message and stop.

  I believe that you have already updated Muse version which includes fix for this problem, if not then please update Muse to the latest version.
