  How to export a PDF to PPT so that the forms created in Illustrator can be changed, not just the text above them?   You can go directly from Illustrator to PPT, either by the Clipboard by recording (EMF or PS) important for PPT. He has no sense going through PDF to reach a PPT in a workflow. If you have an Illustrator drawing to PDF, you can also copy (or change) in Illustrator to work on it.

  When you have your selected image in Illustrator, open the Trace of the Image window.

  If you don't see it you can open it by clicking window > Image Trace.

  Here, you can start playing with the settings of your vectorized image. Activating/Deactivating the threshold will give you more or less definition to your image, which is what you do mainly with the Capture. To get into the nitty gritty, open Advanced settings by clicking the arrow - here, you can start to play with adjustment paths, corners, Ect.

  

  It's best to think form of Capture as a cousin of track of Image: Capture is you allowing to play with all these settings in a swoop on the thumb, while Illustrator Image Trace allows you to sit down and play with the details. You will not get results perfectly mirrored between the two because they operate at different levels and watch your images/pulling on the black and white in different ways.

  The only ability that trace of the Image is not that the Capture is able to switch reading one shape on dark background background clear vs. If you're hoping to do, the best would be to send the images on your computer to your phone via the CC library.   I want to merge all the single page with format pdf files embedded in a single multiple page pdf file.

  I would then like to export a spreadsheet file or csv of three columns with columns from the saved pdf file

  I need to make at least 100 times, so that each step must be scripted.

  Can someone provide a link to what anyone remotely close to the workflow steps needed to achieve this with acrobat.

  You can use a batch process to add form fields to each PDF. You should do field for each unique page names, so that when you combine individual pages in a single PDF file, the form will behave properly. You can base the field names in each PDF file on the name of the original file to achieve this. To add field with a script in a batch sequence, use the JavaScript doc.addField method: http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/JS_API_AcroJS.88.435.html

  You can then combine the single page PDF files with fields of form in a single PDF file, or by using an external script (for example, VBScript) or a script in Acrobat, but you would need the list of files to be combined, especially if you care about the order of the pages. Acrobat also has the function of "file > combine > merge files into a single PDF", but I can't say that it will work to combine that several shapes at once, so you'll just have to see.

  Regarding the export of data, this may also be film script. I would say that the script can create the data file that is added to the document as an attached file (data object), which can then be extracted. Creating a tab separated text file is simpler that ensuring a properly built CSV, that's what I'd be inclined to do. A user is not able to enter a tab character into a form field, so you shouldn't have a problem with that.   Hi all

  I recently got an "unknown error occurred" with a file that I worked on in Illustrator CS4.  I remember there was a way where you could open a new Illustrator document and drag the file with the error in the new document, but from here, I don't know how this blend in where we can get back layers and objects of the file with the error for the new file.  Does anyone have some instructions on how to merge the document?  Thanks in advance.

  I tried with a file. What happens is that you get a linked file. Go in the links Panel and then select Image Embed. This will put the objects of the original file into the new file but IF effects any multiple appearances of the original file will be returned under the grouped objects, and are difficult or impossible to obtain as soon as they were. They printed probably OK, but what happens is that the file is re-created from the PDF of the file part that has been flattened so that the effects are more alive.

  I'm really sorry, but there is no way to import forms in older versions of Illustrator; the application records in libraries that are available in the latest versions of creative cloud of Office Automation. You can introduce forms in Adobe Illustrator to draw, but which does not help you no more, because in the end, you can send this file to Illustrator CC as well.

  This is a feature that many people have been so request; I am not sure if she will ever be integrated into the CC form.

• Why not my forms I made in Livecycle ES4 are open in Reader 11 AND CD player?

  Here are my steps I took to create a form and the result...

  1. Print a blank report from Excel to PDF.
  2. Open the form in Adobe Illustrator (CS5) to remove lines of writing so I can create a multiple line field later. removed the boxes to check, and other items.
  3. recorded as
  4. Open in Livecycle CS5 and took all my fields. text, dates, and checkboxes fields.
  5. registered
  6. Open in acrobat X changed the reader extend pdf setting to allow a user to fill in and save. (so far I did this hundreds of times)
  7. distributed to colleagues (via USB)
  8. they tried to open it with Player 11 but was warned that they could not fill and save it and that they should communicate with the author.
  9. a colleague tried to open with his laptop computer with CD (same alerts)
  10. Adobe asked and they said acrobat x is not supported by windows 7 (but I've used it since 2009)

  Nitro is simply a different PDF Viewer. Whether or not this works, you will learn nothing about what's wrong with Acrobat/Reader or the form.
