  Just bought - receive errors of "installation Failed: errors encountered during installation." (21) after each attempt to download on PC - CC of Photoshop, Lightroom CC and edge animate CC.  Advice?

  You can extract or copy the contents of the installation program.

  I have just subscribed to CC yesterday, thinking I'd start a website later this week.

  I wanted to give it a try at Adobe Muse, but whenever I try to install it, download it, install it, but I can't find anywhere.
  I have installed:

  Photoshop / Lightroom / InDesign / Illustrator / Dreamweaver / Muse, each of them, but all work except the Muse which is nowhere.
  My two computers are under OSX 10.8.2, an iMac and a MacBook Air...
  Everyone face the problem again?
  Is there a fix or I did something wrong?

  Basically, just be deleted muse (looked for my mac for: "muse adobe" and offered "muse adobe uninstall" I did, including preferences), then installed following the advice on the post of Sachin.

  I am again with Muse and a whole weekend to understand how it works!

  I got the answer that we must stop services databases oracle as well. We must stop DBConsole, NodeManager, TNS Listener and Oracle service and then start the 10.3.6 weblogic upgrade...

  Do all this, then upgrade will be smooth.
