  You can install and activate a license creative cloud on 2 computers, regardless of their operating system.   But before current verion of the SOUL (CC) to do so, you had to download and install one of the programs associated/connected with the SOUL. To download, install and use SOUL version 7.2 tou will need to download and install AE CC or agency CC (2013 edition - first edition of the CC) and with any of these SOUL should install also.

  Hello, I am subscribed Adobe Creative Cloud. My MacbookPro running OSX 10.8.2. I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and it closes and automatically opens the Adobe software license, the shape is defective. There is nothing in the drop menu bar and no text in the box. Not only that, but I can not click on accept, which is clearly the biggest problem. This is why I can't use Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, I need for work. I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro XI twice with nothing doesn't. Help, please.

  It is a known issue with Acrobat XI

  Issue: Mac OS only. The launch, a blank screen of the EULA is displayed, that cannot be accepted and Acrobat does not run. This problem can appear if you have any of the installed products of CCM or Creative Suite and you tried to install Acrobat XI from a different source.

  Solution: Launch any other product which is part of the CCM or Creative suite. Then, turn it off by choosing Help > deactivate. Quit the application. Then start Acrobat and accept the EULA. Then, for CCM subscription product, launch it and choose the license of this software to reactivate the product of the CCM.

  Go to Applications-> Utilities-> Adobe Installers-> Adobe Acrobat X-> remove Acrobat X using the application uninstaller.

  Relaunch Acrobat XI and try to accept the EULA.

  And to win extra time, install individual trials of products according to your needs. Don't forget that you can try a product only once on a machine.

  Normally, if you purchase an Adobe volume license, you receive media for these licenses. Are you claiming that you have media for Macintosh, but not Windows don't concede you the two platforms or just one?

  Assuming that you did register for Windows and your software is licensed, Adobe Customer Support (not technical) should be able to get you the media. If the first person you talk to that gives you the absurd answer that report you, ask for a supervisor. If this does not work, contact me offline.

  Note that it is not legal for some other clients to download it for you.
