  Have you tried to screw up the Photoshop preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  Hi, I tried to install Adobe Photoshop CC test using CC on Windows 8 PC for about a week now, and I get the same report error every time :/ I tried to run my PC in Safe Mode, restart my PC, allowing Admin Adobe access my firewall and it has not changed a thing.   Go to C: > Program Files (x 86) > common files > Adobe.

  Open Adobe folder and rename under mentioned folders.

  (1) adobe PCD - Adobe PCD centenarians.

  (2) hats - caps-old.

  3-backup - backup-old.

  Then try to install Photoshop CC 2015 and check.

• The files could not be changed because Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 could not be launched.

  How is it that I get the below error when I select a batch of images in Lightroom to edit in Photoshop:

  "Could not be displayed because Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 could not be launched."

  However the 5 files open in Photoshop before the above message appears and I have to click ok for each file not open remains to be edited in PS.

  Then I find that another copy of each file opens in fact twice in photoshop.

  Then, I get this error box:

  It's wasting a lot of my time. It started happening in Lightroom 6, then was briefly fixed when the sloppy until October update was released, and then reintroduced in November was last updated.

  I looked at my application logs (go to the Explorer, do a right click on the system, choose the gale, go to the activity log, applications) and it was a mistake starting Photoshop.  I reinstalled Photoshop and now it works.

  Open the file/Program files (x 86).

  Search: vcredist_x64.exe
