Adobe, please get TEA act together, these random mistakes are inexcusable in a professional environment

Hey Adobe, I just want to say thanks for making me fuck with a client this morning that videos that I was out in the cloud to review export finished not all being available because Media Encoder has decided once again to fail randomly for export.

Here's the thing about exports of three. They were all conducted in the same exact timeline, all have the same basic three colors way corrective effect on them. The only difference between the content, is that it is divided among three exports. There is absolutely nothing different content wise, but in looking at it, you would think so.

It is frankly inexcusable in a professional environment, and I'm tired beyond dealing with nonsense of SOUL. How can we idiocy of the fixing TEA NOT be top priority? Screw the addition of features to other products, get your brainpower to understand exactly what you all can do to make professional feel safe and secure using your products. Should I seriously time to have made deliveries the day before, they really NEED to do just in case your program decides to randomly fail? On top of that, I love how the error log gives absolutely no details ever and barely said "unknown error."

Seriously. You guys. Please, I beg you. Enough already.

Could you please turn off the option "Import sequences in native mode" in the preferences of the SOUL and try again. Please let me know if that is not the problem for you and we will try a few other troubleshooting.

  • Why Adobe can't get their act together for payment e-commerce?

    I continue to be amazed how bad Adobe manages e-commerce transactions. I got e-commerce sites built and managed to them and I have never seen anything as ridiculous as the management of virtual accounts of Adobe. In order to change the method of payment to each other, they have to manually browse the payment and the customer must then go to the online support and go through all the hoops to make understand you want to modify them the options of payment to an agent. Then they physically make a refund and charge your credit card.

    Absolutely archaic. Can a company that creates software sophisticated, why don't they implement a virtual payment efficient and automatic while the customer can modify the plan payment schedule (annual for each month or vice versa) and update the account for the payment. He's crazy about that Adobe, in 2016, still use minions to perform these tasks manually, through the huge volume of charges.

    I need this mug shot, because I'm in another hoop jump session which will take several days to complete with various agents.  More people need to send letters to Adobe, who insist on receiving this mail. Adobe is run by crazy people?

  • Can we please get a shopping cart for stock video purchases?

    I understand that a subscription to the Stock library will allow for quick and easy image purchases, but if I want to buy several video clips for a project that I have to enter my payment information each time.

    In my business, I may have a project that requires 50 + videos of stock and if I could just create a video library that I could buy in its entirety, it would save me hours of entering credit card information again and again. This is a no-brainer, Adobe. Please get there.

    Yes that's correct. If the project has been drafted by a story only (free) account holder and then shared with you, you will not be able to access the functions of production. You need create the project to access these features. Unlike those with which share you your project must have Story more to access these features of production. Are they only (free) story, then it's a no-go. Sorry Ryan, I assumed that you were the author.

  • Personal Adobe in Bangalore in India has made a mistake and disabled my Adobe Creative Cloud account without any notice. Adobe please help.

    I have a subscription to creative cloud (comprehensive plan), and the billing date is the 14th of each month . I received on September 13, a letter dated September 9 of Egypt (my credit card issuer) of Citibank informing me that they took the decision to stop all their activities of retail banking in Egypt. I applied for a new card with NBE and I contacted Adobe in Bangalore in India (serving the Middle East region) and informed them of this situation that was out of my hands, and I asked them for a solution. Their question was when I would receive my credit card, I informed them that I need 3 weeks according to the procedures of the Bank, therefore, the Adobe representative informed me that Adobe will give me a grace period to update the credit card and I can continue with my subscription.

    Unfortunately two weeks later, I found that my account has been disabled and when I contacted the Bangalore team they me transferred to each other for several times (to connect with 6 names) and in the end, they admitted that they made a mistake, but the solution is to buy a new subscription for Egp. 345/month instead of the amount of 205/month that I used to pay! When I asked them why? They said that the offer that I used when I subscribed the first time is not more valid! (it was a reduced rate because of my previous purchase a perpetual license), so I had to express my opposition because it wasn't my fault, and that they should keep their word for me, by the way, I don't have any notice of them they will be disables my account after only two weeks.

    As a result, they promised to escalate the case to their team and score my case as first priority so that their team responds within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and so far I do not have an answer. I have suffered much chatting for hours with these people without successful outcome. I have dealt with many Adobe staff levels in the United States. and I can truly say that they are in heaven and these people in this part of the world are in hiding. They have no respect for their words, they bring an extreme information contradicted by one a unique cat and they show that no care even if their attitude or info provided shows no skill at all. They caused me a lot of inconvenience and loss of business. What I have said here is documented with transcripts and e-mails sent to me.

    Headquarters of Adobe please help.

    I had to darn well all remove, then reinstall and all my settings were lost - despite specifying that I needed.

    I don't have time to continue to try to do things to work as changes to adobe.

    Today I planned some time to export a bunch of files with Bridge, however, and here, fuction of export is no longer available in the version I have--well, it's a great way of really & & & & & someone immediately.

    What I would like is a simple link to a Web page that allows me to re-download apps CS6. Please don't tell me that these are available in previous via CC versions because they are not.

    I don't want the last acrobat and I want to be able to use the bridge in the way I want - I don't want to use photoshop for this purpose.

    I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.

    After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]

  • Feature Request: Adobe, please make After effects CC shortcuts customizable keyboard as first

    I do this feature request because I tried only two known methods to customize the keyboard shortcuts in after affects and none of these work in CC:

    2008 tutorial video on Creative Cow Forum for modify the text after effects keyboard shortcuts - unfortunately it does not work in AE CC

    a tutorial youtube on how to install KeyedUp for After Effects - tried that, but also not able to edit all the shortcuts in AE CC

    One of the things I like most about first Pro CC is how many shortcuts keyboard, you can customize. You can even do this in Adobe Audition.

    So, why not in After Effects?

    Adobe please bring this feature to the next update after effects CC.

  • Muse - how to make objects act together as a link?

    I have three diffract objects - an image, a transparent bar on the image and text, and I want them to act together as a link so that they all have a link on the same page and every time one of them is flown over the transparency of image changes (now I can't get the image to change the transparency when the mouse is over the image itself (, but not when it hovers over the bar or text to the right).  See the image below.

    Have you tried to use the widget button States from the Panel Widgets Muse?

    You can add image, rectangle and textframe inside a widget of the button and the entire button would be treated as a single entity in the States and the purposes of hyperlink management.

  • Can someone from Adobe please explain why the CS6 measures are not accurate... PLEASE?

    I'm tired of wasting my time looking for reasons why I touch in the measures are constantly changing to an arbitrary number decided by the Illustrator.
