  I had the same problem with Mac & Chrome.

  Solved the problem by disabling Adblock more and extensions of Ghostery (portfolio site).

  I get extremely frustrating problems (all are?) hang my Dreamweaver files. I use CS6. Everything seems to work out the last step. The files seem to transfer. I did a check with Cyberduck just to see if I could get the files I downloaded and I did. My host GoDaddy domain id. I checked the log of the site also and nothing seems suspicious. My connection to the server is clear. Please help!

  I get a 404 File not found error suggesting there is no home page at the root level.

  You have a file named index.htm or similar to the root level?

  If so, please post a screenshot of your directory such as seen in Cyberduck.

  Edit: in your site definition of DW that you entered for the root directory field? Normally, it's something like "public_html".

  Try to disable the Safe_mode in Adobe Reader [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].

• Adobe story does not lines of dialogue that are amrked with (CONT'd) in a CSV export.

  For some reason any Adobe story does not export the lines of dialogue that are marked with (CONT'd) in a csv file. The rest of the dialogue exports very well, little bits that are marked with (CONT'd) are not displayed in the dialog column!. It can be changed with some settings or is this a bug? The script was imported from a file FDX. If anyone has a solution for this, please let me know.

  It is indeed a bug.

  Just to get the correct data in csv, a workaround for this problem would be to replace the word "suite" with a door-place Word, perform an export to csv and then change it back.

  1. press Ctrl + F in the script to open find/replace

  2. replace the word "Suite" with a placeholder Word, say "TEMPCONTD".

  3. the export to csv format script

  4. now replace the word placeholder with 'Suite '.

  I was able to run story on OS 10.6 (Mountain Lion), but not on the Mavericks. I have my HD partitioned to run two operating systems, so I can use 10.8 to run the story and the other disk to run all the other Adobe applications. It's a bit complicated so I hope I'll be able to run the story because soon, he works with the Mavericks.

  Note that the download is the player, not an installer, you will need to manually .swf file association.

  In the meantime, I was able to fix: FF installed in SafeMode to OSX. It works for me now in El Capitan, previously in Yosemite, it had no effect.
