Where are the data of the user, I mean a place where we inserted the password? XC its make me super bad mood. And after some restoration system with various restore points, I restarted my PC in safe mode successfully. Yippie, its worked perfectly in safe mode. I created a new account in safe mode. I thought that my problem more but no. and the bad news is that there is only one user account (a new one) in the journal on the screen! It'll be better I have the new account very well work, but it didn't! The dekstop always all black with no taskbar and it's the same problem as the first.
  I am not really confusing. What should I do? Should I remove a skin pack safe mode? or reinstall win 8 in PC COUNTER? Or do something that you already know the guy?

• Not able to download the applications from the application manager

  I don't know what is happening, but I can't download anything cc.  Application Manager opens and give me the options of what to download, but just gives me an error.  I went and followed the steps and everything uninstalled, but redownloading does not always work.  Here is an example of the error that I get any help would be appreciated.

Last year, I joined the creative cloud and got a single subscription to Dreamweaver CC. A week hardly, after 1 year, I cancelled the subscription. I wanted to go back to my old Dreamweaver CS6, but when I launched DW CS6 it grew up the account manager and he wanted me to activate my subscription again. So, through a long process to Adobe customer service, I deleted the application manager. But when I went to the DW CS6 launch, he said that the account manager was missing and impossible to verify the serial number. Then I reinstalled the new account manager to have the same problem occur.  I need to reinstall an OLDER version of the account manager so that it does not have to register again for the subscription of the CC? However, when I go to download from my creative cloud login page, and it brings up the application manager, Adobe Premier Pro is nowhere to be seen. Others lack too?
