  Adobe does not sell older versions of their software.  You will need to try your luck with the purchase of a third-party provider.  Try the Google search.

  I found the problem, ADOBE FLASH is called Shockwave Flash. I had turned off a long time ago because Firefox. I thoght Adobe Flash is a different product. If it had been installed. I put it in "Ask to activate" and now everything is OK. I was just stupid!

  You are right. I completely forgot that I was running Waterfox. I closed and open Firefox and the plugin Adobe is there and it works.

  Flash Player is a browser add-on, not a standalone player.  You cannot read local FLV files with this Flash Player.

  There is something called "Flash Player projector" that can do (google to find a download location), or Adobe Media Player can also play local Flash file.

  Restart, and then try to reinstall the software in the new administrator account.

  The CC 2015 system requirements require OS X 10.9, or a later version. You must update your operating system in order to be able to use the application.

  First pro and After effects are compatible with the 64-bit operating system. If you have a 32-bit operating system it does not display these two applications in the list.
