  You could have checked the version of Flash Player installed on your computer with a link because 23.0.0.162 is a version of Flash Player.

  Check if Adobe Reader is installed under programs and features, hold down the Windows key and press R on your keyboard, type appwiz.cpl in the Run dialog box and locate Adobe Reader.   You shouldn't do anything with the file JSCache; Leave it alone and add the folder "Directory Users\ (username) \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\Privileged\10.0\JavaScripts", or whatever it is for the version of reader that you use. The point is that you must manually create the preferred folder and the other two folders under it.

  Hello rebeccajw, open the XI player, go in Edition > Preferences > Updater and select something else that "automatically install updates." You will probably need to download and apply the patches manually to keep XI. The last non - MUI for Windows patch is Adobe - Adobe Reader: for Windows: Adobe Reader 11.0.13 - all languages updated.

  However, I do not think that the problem is caused by the Norwegian version; try...

  • Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, and then double-click Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
  • You can open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
  • If Reader opens in itself, try to disable the Safe_mode in the registry; Download, unzip, then run the attached registry script

  in Itunes no show buttons or the info for them, everything els is here, so the info botton if you move the cursor, if you can't find where they might be. Drive has the same problem but only in printing windo. Using Vista sp2 on a toshiba.

  3. don't you make changes on your computer before this problem?

  If you face this question only in iTunes & Adobe Reader, I recommend you to uninstall the applications of the program & features. Subsequently, reinstall them & check if the problem persists.
