  Please note that you can open PDF files using only the CD player. Any other format will not be supported by the software.

  2 type the following commands in it:

  regsvr32 shdocvw.dll/i/s

  4 save the file as "abc.bat". Be sure to include the file name in double quotes.

  5. double-click on the file. If all goes well, you won't see any errors and the commands will run successfully. Restart the computer and then try to install Reader.

• How to uninstall Acrobat (test that I decided to not sign for) so that Adobe Reader will work properly

  I signed up for a free 30 day trial of Adobe Acrobat.  After that I decided not to go forward, I learned that Adobe had automatically changed all my default settings for PDF for Adobe Reader of Adobe Acrobat.  Now that the trial is over, whenever I have download a PDF doc, it is automatically registered as an Adobe Acrobat - so I can not open in Adobe Reader.  Do I need to uninstall the Acrobat from Adobe from my system (blocked software given the test is completed)?  Will be present-installing, this may affect any other aspect of my PDF docs or Adobe Reader recorded?   Would appreciate your help.  Kathie

  Control Panel > programs and features, select Acrobat and uninstall. After the uninstall, that it might be good to run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html and remove anything to the left of the Acrobat folder. You will need to reinstall, or at least repair, drive.

• Windows roll 10 back to windows 7 and now my adobe reader will not work.

  my computer won't let me open PDF files.  I tried to reload and delete Adobe reader and my computer gives me an error "the component you are trying to use is on a resource not available network.

  I can't uninstall either.  I get the same error.

  We recorded a minute using Cyberlink Youcam video (the one on the 8.1 page apps, distinct from that with a shortcut on the main page of office - Youcam5.) We can see screenshot you of the video and the sound for the duration of the recording, but the screen is only green. Help please!

  I understand that when you tried your YouCam 5 record playback, you can hear the sound, but the screen stays green.

  You did all your Windows updates?

  You either Direct X, Adobe flash player and direct X to date?

• Laptop HP Pavilion 17: Adobe Reader

  I downloaded Adobe reader for the PDF. There was a drive I used with this computer for the PDF file. With the HP laptop drive I would sscan using my HP printer.

  Now the problem is that when I scan it using the software adobe reader instead of the HP drive. I thought just to restore the computer to a certain date this way that adobe reader will be gone. There is also an adobe flash on the computer also.

  I'd appreciate any help that is given. Also I am sorta new on that I used an iMac before.

  You do this to let the computer know which program you want to using job what ever you do.

  The only problem that I can see if you are in a domain environment, the network administrator for your domain can have implemented policies
  limit downloads to administrators only. If this is the case, you will need to contact your network administrator.

  I can't when I try to open MS Outlook 2013 attached Adobe pdf using my 8.1 Windows VDI. It seems that Adobe Reader is locked up and Adobe reader will (not responding) after a few seconds or minutes open the file.

  Please open Reader and look for updates in the Help menu.

  If this is not enough, then try to disable the Protected Mode under ' Edit > preferences > (protection) "and restart the player.
