Adobe Reader is locked (not responding) when you open in MS Outlook using VDI Windows 8.1

Hello

I can't when I try to open MS Outlook 2013 attached Adobe pdf using my 8.1 Windows VDI. It seems that Adobe Reader is locked up and Adobe reader will (not responding) after a few seconds or minutes open the file.

Grateful if someone can help me.

OS: Windows 8.1

Type: Virtual (VDI) Citrix

Application: MS Office 2013 (without Service Pack yet)

Adobe Reader Version 11.0.12

Please open Reader and look for updates in the Help menu.

If this is not enough, then try to disable the Protected Mode under ' Edit > preferences > (protection) "and restart the player.
