Adobe sign DC Pro works not on the button install, can not sign and save

I installed Adobe Acrobat DC Pro but have a question by clicking the sign in button to register the product.  I put in my email and password, but when I click on the button, nothing happens? What could cause this problem and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi radioi9735989,

Please let me know the version of the operating system installed on your computer?

Restart your system and try again to Sign In.

Also, I recommend turning on any firewall/antivirus on your system that could block Internet access to Acrobat DC & you can also check the hosts file as described in the KB: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

Let me know how it goes.

Kind regards

Nicos
