  3.4 use of the Web site . Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein conditions regarding using them and showing work on Web sites, you must take all reasonable steps to prevent the download Web site visitors or to reuse the work.

  What is considered "all reasonable steps"? Is that enough for only being implemented as a background via css images and avoid using the < img > - tag?

  Really what it means, it is not to use the full-res image or give it for download. There is no way that you can actually stop anyone from taking the image. So as long as you use the image for a specific purpose, you are usually very well.

  It really depends on how the images are used. If it's a book of photos where the images are the main value of the book and then you need the extended licenses. If they are used as cover or sometimes illustrate something that is in the book so that you can use the license standard up to 500,000 copies.

• Adobe Stock use in commercial e-learning modules.

  My company that provides e-learning content for about 2,000 individuals and we charge a fee for our training. Currently, we SCORM modules that contain only questions of quiz and text as content. We would like to add the adobe stock photos to raise the visual appeal of the SCORM modules. The text and quiz questions would remain the main content. The only added images for aesthetic purposes.

  Recently, I bought a license Adobe stock of 10 images, standard license. And I have licensed a few images for purposes of exposure of our societies (IE; to design posters for exhibition stand). I have read your terms and condition and found that no renewal of the licenses don't need to if the image uses for the same company. I have some doubts about the license can you advice me whether it is possible or not

• Licenses Adobe Stock - changes

  First my apologies for another question regarding the use of the standard license images - I know there were a few, but I can't find the precise answer, that I need in previous posts or in the additional terms of Adobe Stock.

  I am struggling to understand the relationship between paragraphs 2.2 and 3.4, they do not seem to be fully in line.

  My use case is imagery to be used in the creation of the independent creator-owned comics. Mainly using stock as background images. For example, a scene may involve two characters interact outside the White House. Instead of the White House to draw, I propose to take a stock image, and then use Photoshop to change this option (for the Blur Gaussian example, then posterise) to produce an image derived with a look and feel consistent with the artwork of foreground drawn comic. Sometimes in a sign the stock image might be the only element in the Panel, but it is rare and in which case again the image would be strongly changed for a preview of the comic strip.

  From my reading of 3.4 a article I this would be acceptable because the resulting image is substantially changed, and I would not seek to distribute the original media. Of obviously under paragraph (c) dictates that I can't reproduce any image over 500 000 times, but this isn't a problem I would never meet. However, the subsection paragraph 2.2 (b) seems to prevent this without an extended license (which does not exist).

  My apologies once again for a question very similar to many others out there, but I think t & c courses are not useful. I also note that the information on the site Web Adobe Stock says:

  «Adobe Stock is a new service that gives access to 40 million quality organized of royalty-free images, illustrations and vector graphics for all their creative projects of designers and businesses.»

  Which seems not be accurate as there are no licenses for the use of the words "all their creative projects" seems a little misleading. I understand perfectly that you would need a license to resell the stock image or add it to a content database that you want to broadcast in the original form for re - use. And I admit there are limits that show approval by the owner of the copyright of the activities in the paragraph of section 3.1 (g), but for now what falls in the clause 2.2 rather than 2.1 seems very restrictive for creative projects. Maybe I'm wrong, but I've been on this a few times and I fight.

  Can anyone tell if my use case is permitted under Standard licenses?

  After reading the license terms and restrictions that apply to the Adobe Stock images, I want to better understand some points before the subscription:

  (1) I have a blog, and I need images (often a bit modified, sometimes original) to illustrate my posts. Is a standard license enough to do without legal problems? Should I mention the author and source of the image under each of them, or can I just use them without problem?

  (2) I want to create simple video games, and interactive stories, and I need images. Can I use Adobe Stock images for similar purposes? What happens if the images are used in manipulations in order to create new works for the game, so that only 'chunks' of the original image are included in the final?

  I would like to try and answer your questions.

  1. The Standard license covers items as long as the images are used for illustration purposes. Make sure you add directly copyright information on the image itself. The specific language for copyright information must be in the license agreement, but it must include the name of the copyright of Adobe Stock/artist.

  I own a market for site templates Web and creating resources and I have a few concerns about the terms of the extended license.

  Could you please comment on the following examples and tell me if this is a valid use of stock photo under license scope

  1. can I include Photos from stocks of adobe in a website template that is for sale with the extended license?

  2 can I use for example textures, particles, flames etc. from stocks of adobe to create brushes, photo effects or actions photoshop and sell them?

  3. can I include photos in a game/package among much other stock photos where the game/package is for sale?

  Regarding the "3.2 Extended License" in the "Stock Adobe additional terms", it seems that these three examples should be allowed, but I'm a bit hesitant, especially on the last example.

  Hi, I am creating a brochure for a client that contains sub license Adobe Stock photos. In addition to the complete brochure, I'm going to provide them with a blank template so that in the future, they can make their own small text changes. I can provide them with images under standard license or do I need to get the extended license? Quantities of print/web etc. are within the parameters of volume for the base license, but I'm not clear on sharing, then my client using their. • Impossible to cancel my trial of adobe stock

  I signed up for the free trial of adobe stock on 11 August, because the premise of 10 free pictures and be able to cancel within the first month of good looks. I downloaded the images and goes to cancel about two days later and there is NO option at all to manage my stock plan, it just says: "you will be able to manage this plan little." thought I leave and come back later, but its 2 September and it is still saying that, a little research for my problems have shown that other people also have the problem and they pay. I want my canceled trial please, I feel here like I was duped. you may need to change the wording on the subsccription of the trial because I'm not the only one feeling misled by the looks things.   Is it fair to say that no video license is included?

  It seems that the license for each video is about $79 - with this plan.

  I think there isn't access to the video without having to pay per license on this plan, ways to correct? In contrast to the galleries of photos where I am assigned as per month without additional charges.

• Finding no Illustrator moved links Adobe Stock

  My workflow is to download previews Adobe Stock on my desktop (PC), place them in my work Illustrator file, sent to the customer a proof and saved the file and close it. I moved and then links to a subfolder to get them off my desktop.

  Reopening of the Illustrator file, I get a message "could not find the file..., replace ignore Cancel.

  Before the Illustrator 2015.3 update I would like to click on replace and a Windows Explorer window open so I could navigate to the new location for file storage link, click OK and Illustrator would update the links.

  Now, since 2015.3, by clicking on the button replace doesn't do nothing, the error message disappears for a split second and then reappears.

  I've tested and this behavior occurs only with Adobe Stock downloaded files. Other types of files such as JPG files and HAVE from other sources all work correctly.

  Of course, I could click on ignore for each image placed until the file is loaded and then manually link again all the files using the links Panel, but it is a tedious job and a complete waste of time when the old behavior should not have been broken.
