  I've migrated to Adobe Stock of the DollarPhoto club.

  I used some images before migration in my customer brochure and I want to buy, however, now the picture reference number has changed. How can I find the image that I used in the comp on Adobe Stock?

• Adobe Stock/CC libraries refuse to link again

  I use InDesign Creative Cloud on Windows 10. My Adobe stock photos in my CC libraries all have broken links and error message when I try to recreate a link to East "or the file does not exist, you may not, or the file may be in use by another application." We paid for the stock service and the images are licensed and we need to send files to print! The libraries CC option is fabulous, but it never seems to work properly. So far, I have:

  -restarting my computer

  -updated my InDesign

  -restart the computer. turned off the sync files and return

  -restart the computer, this is over the 'CCLibraries.exe' in the Task Manager, restarted InDesign

  -computer rebooted, disabled the files synchronized, finished .exe in Task Manager

  It's ridiculous and seems to be a common problem with no support from Adobe.

  What can I do else?

• Using Adobe Stock without Illustrator

  I'm developing scrumseeker.com, a Web site to promote my business Agile Transformation Consulting and training.

  I'm subscribed to Adobe Stock because I had used the service in a previous posting and thought that it a good way to collect the Visual elements for my new site.

  Unfortunately, I discovered that some of the images HAVE / EPS can be converted to PDF by simply changing the file extension, as I did in the past with other .ai files. This put me in a position where the value of the Stock of Adobe as a service to my business is not as certain as I thought.

  My question is, any of you on the Forum know a way to convert .ai, .jpg or .png files without having to purchace Adobe Illustrator, (an option that is not sustainable for me right now because I'm just in the pre-stage to the launch of my new business)?

  If you wish to continue using the Stock (which I hope do you) there are other programs out there that will open AI files and some are free.

  Having said that, if this is something intend you to regularly then investment in Illustrator would well be worth.

  It is very interesting that you have responded to me somehow with a different Adobe ID. I've seen in the past where a customer has several Adobe ID, associated with an e-mail address and it could be the source of your problem.

  I would recommend going to Contact Customer Services and telling them you have several identifiers of Adobe. They can help you set a unique ID for Adobe.

  If after you contact, you still see the research question please let me know and I can help you troubleshoot further.

  I joined Adobe Stock of Dollarphotoclub a couple of days and offered a subscription of introduction for $10 / month. I didn't not sign up immediately but I would now but can't seem to do as well as the links are no longer available. Seems very difficult to get an answer to a seemingly simple question - the case is still available? If not, I'll probably find another company through actions what can I subscribe to-hate to be forced to change just because of a buyout.
