  After you open the site, simply click on the link "start adobe story...". "downstairs.

  There is a problem connecting to the adobe story.  If you select history of adobe in creative cloud applications page, you are taken to a "Get Started" link.  Because you are already connected cloud system live upward and sends you to the free page with an option of buying an upgrade.  A link that allows you to try to open a session leads to similar results.  The following difficulty works some / most of the time.   Hello

  work isn´t of unfortunately adobe story (free app). When I start it, I m supposed to update the program. But somehow he doesn´t work (it is said, it is impossible because of a bad installation program configuratetd).

  In another thread, I read that uninstalling and reinstalling the adobe story could help. So I would like to know if there is an uninstall routine or simply remove the program in the program folder?

  If you are using a PC, then normally for any program you want to uninstall you go through Control Panel to properly remove programs.

• CS Live icon not updated due to the Adobe Story

  It is terribly boring. The icon in Photoshop will not update, even if I already signed in and used Adobe Story, although it is completely useless for me in my business.   I have the CC from Adobe and I am just curious to know if I should purchase history or is it included as part of the creative cloud.  If it is part of the CP, how to access that version that I had asked me to upgrade to use it and I don't want to double pay for it every month if I don't have to. help please

  This is the part of the creative cloud. You don't have to buy it.

  Your photos must be stored on your disk. If I recall Starter is a database system, so just the thumbnail and its changes are stored in the database with a link to the original image.

  I actually did a complete search of my computer and there was an installation package already installed in my documents. Unlike those I got from the story of adobe on the internet page, it worked. If you are having the same problem I suggest to take the same line of conduct: search your computer for an installation package.

  I was offline for a while and I couldn't get my new synchronization scripts to the area of online projects. Then I "upgraded" in the same Adobe Story CC more I was running. In the online application old files became available, but the latest offline files are no where. Restored to the old com.adobe.AdobeStory.4875E02D9FB21EE389F73B8D1702B320485DF8CE.1 folder, but the application would not pass the sign-in Adobe cloud dialogue.  And now, whenever Adobe Story opens (online is now the default) it overwrites the content restored of the folder with the synchronized online content.

• Adobe Story in error "cannot load the user's preferences" then I have to disconnect

  I try to access Adobe Story, but whenever I connect I get an error saying "Cannot load the user's preferences", then I have the ability to log out, but nothing else. I tried this using the desktop application as well as several browsers on my Mac and my PC. I tried to raise that this issue with the chat support however could not help with the issue.
