ADOBE SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE

I was in a cat for more than 2 hours with 5 different people in India, and neither of them could help the task simpler.  All they did was transfer me to someone else who asked for the same info (can't you at least forward details on?) and the answer was so GO ON THE FORUM - which is NO HELP AT ALL.  HORRIBLE.  My last question is "How can I get a link to a survey on my experience today?" and they lied and said one would pop up after the cat closed - LIE
