• Connection (on iPad) for the Adobe viewer problem

  I can not connect with my Adobe ID when I try to connect to Adobe Content Viewer on my iPad. However, I am able to connect to adobe.com or acrobat.com with my Adobe ID with no problems at all. I get the error message: authentication failure.

  Go to http://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/, sign in and accept the terms of use. Then it will work in Adobe Content Viewer.

  Since my iPad iOS 8.0.2 update the Adobe viewer does not work. I can see the empty shells of the folios but the place holder images disappeared and folios will not open. Can I preview a single folio directly to the pad of the Mac but an I click back to the library of the folio will not re turn.

  I noticed the same problem trying to watch the folios to breast to inspire her Adobe magazine kiosk. Once again can see the titles but without images and open custom.

  Is this a problem Adobe or apple?

  If you uninstall / reinstall Adobe Content Viewer and reboot your iPad, I think your problem could be solved.

• Impossible to share Folio do to view Adobe authentication problem

  I created a sales presentation in InDesign and shared with my representative commercial. I create an identifier Adobe open a session and open the Adobe Viewer on his iPad to open the shared with her presentation. It cannot connect to Adobe Viewer.

• Adobe viewer bug

  Looks like there is still a bug in the new Viewer from Adobe. If you completely close the Adobe Viewer on ipad application (no words, no execution context), you will lose all downloaded Issus. But if you go to remove problems in the application always displays the downloaded Issus.

  Any idears?

• Adobe Viewer App ipad Bug?

  I use the Adobe Viewer on an ipad4 application. After the last update folios I download and view are fe. After an hour's drive when I put the ipad a standby. I always have to redownload issues. But if I go to the questions/remove parameters, it still shows the uploaded questions.

  Any solution?

  It is a known problem in the current version of the content viewer. It will be discussed with an update next week.

  I had fixed yesterday, but I had a new problem.  I have all my layers stacked properly and in order, but my save the result looks different. The text of $20 / $25 looks that I Mulitply Transperncy on, but I did not.  I want this bright yellow to stand out, but saves differently then expected.

  Any contributions to this issue will be greatly appreciated.

  

  Overlay to attributes is defined in the control panel.

  Also, in your document .ai temporarily turn on view > overview of overlay to check if it is perhaps the issue.

• Interactive buttons, working on the Adobe Viewer, but not on the final application

  I had a lot of problems with interactive buttons:

  I made buttons with link with 'pageTo' and 'getURL' (and the "navto://Article#2" syntax).

  What I already know:

  • When you use the "navto" syntax, the first page is 0 (and not the 1 page);

  • I double check spelling of the Article and that's okay.

  the problem is that when I test the application with the Adobe Viewer on my iPad these links work well, but when I create the app and I test on my iPad .ipa file these links no longer work.

  I work on Mac.

  It is a known problem with the simple editing applications. Do not submit this app to

  Apple and keep an eye on things here for an announcement on a fix.

• Adobe viewer crashing on ipad

  My presentation DPS unexpected closing of the application from the Adobe Viewer on ipad.

  I have notified that he got only in my article that many States several objects and buttons in the same table of contents pages. In 3 pages, I made about 20 buttons creating 20 pop-up (States multiple objects), and each State has 2 buttons inside. (a link to a page in the same article one another to close the popup window). All the functions work but then crash after 4 or 5 times enabled. Each pop-up window links to another page in the article. My presentation was about 60 pages. (each table of contents linking to return to one of the 3 pages and 2 others to a page in another article of the folio - navto: / /)

  My article page too just links? Too many buttons?

  Viewer application can Adobe does support a lot more interactivity in the same article?

  Is there a maximum of pages for an article?

  The format of my article is in PNG, is it better to PDF? May this be the problem?

  I'm looking for a solution, I tried many things but whenever it crashes again.

  Thank you very much for your answer. Finally I found the problem, and it was not on the number of links, overlays or buttons. Good news, the Adobe viewer can support each other! Maybe the iPads are performing better than expected!

  The problem that caused the abandonment of inexpectedly was in my overlays. My content pages 3 presentation as a directory of the logos that links to a description of each page. With my pop-up windows, I created a transparency mask that covers all 3 pages by making a rectangle the size of a standard page 3times. Don't know if you understand...? But the fact is: it is not possible to create an overlay than interracts on several pages at the same time. Overlays should be inside the workspace, 1024 X 768px in the case iPad.

  Also, I tried to import as a PDF instead of PNG, but it created a blur when I got to the link on the article page. PNG is probably better.

  Hi all

  I work in China make certain digital content through Cloud Suite, but I found a problem that requires Adobe to review if possible.

  When I produce some content to the Filio Web page works perfectly. But there are no showning on the Adobe viewer.

  I found that there is a blocking ports that you use in mainland China.

  If I use a VPN connection on my iPad filio files appear and download and everything works perfectly.

  For development that it's ok, but I have not be able to offer people to check on their devices, because it is almost for sure they do not have a VPN connection.

  I can provide to Adobe the wireshark network traffic data capture to show the port blocking the process between the ipad and the internet.

  Hello world! I create an interactive newsletter in Indesign CS6 for the iPad and iPhone. I have a 3D model I want to demonstrate, but that's the problem. I have a link to the Viewer IPM (the 3D model is there), but when I use this URL does not work. The address begins with: ipm: / /.

  When I press the link in the Adobe viewer it shows: a error 101 Also just to inform that I have on my ipad and iphone viewer IPM.

  I really want to have this link to work. Please help me out! Is there another way to show a 3D model in Indesign?

  PS Plus early I tried to use the 360 view full of images, but finally the saddest is that it works ONLY horizontally! And that made me very disappointed honestly say.

  Hyperlinks open in the in-app browser, which will not work. Try to create a button, not a hyperlink. In the overlays Panel, set the button to view it in an external browser. See if it works.

• Still having trouble with the Adobe viewer

  I always feel the question when I have several objects of State (State 1 is off the page, State 2 is on the page) the hidden state (State 2) appears on the Adobe viewer iPad when you click on the | icon in the menu at the top left. In the decorative Panel to the creator 'tap to play/pause' is not checked.  "Cross Fade" and "Hide before playing" is checked.

  Any help would be appreciated!  Thank you!

  What I was able to determine: oject to the containing all States.  The State where there is no object in view must appear first. (any number of State it is, just need to be first in the list)  When I did it for my MSO there was no problem viewing!  Please point me in the right direction. much appreciated!

  Thursday and today. My account works fine, but not new users.

  In the login message is like: "authentication failed".

  New users have not verified their new Adobe ID? Tell them to use these IDS to connect to acrobat.com. If they receive an e-mail message from Adobe, they should click on the link to check.
