  In my Mac applications folder is a folder called Adobe and in there are several files, of which one is called AdobePatchFiles. In this folder are many ZIP files and loads with the files in the folders. A check shows many dating back to 2012. The folder contains almost 1 200 files taking up 1.5 GB of space. That is with 1.5% of my main drive!

  These files can be purged? I doubt there is a need to have that many patches.
