  As rightly said, nohup works, but the unfortunately he does not provide an interaction session.

  You can reach your goal by following these steps:

  -Create a defaultsfile adpatch session work in NON INTERACTIVE mode.

  -Once you have created fusion patch, you can run the nohup with adpatch command so that the command executes in a single order by the end of the server, despite the loss of the connection you.

• Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 at 11.5.10.2 upgrade - DBA HELP REQUIRED

  I hope someone can help me... I spent the days so far but the same questions!
  
  I'm setting up a VISION E-Business Suite 11i instance to use for training of users.
  
  I managed to install and get running 11.5.10 on SUSE 9 and have no problem running this.
  
  However, I am trying to update this to 11.5.10.2 by applying the Cumulative Update (CU2) fix (u3460000.drv).
  
  I have followed all the previous steps in Metalink (316366.1) note and applied the fixes 4318672, 4229931 and 4297568 according to the instructions.
  
  All the results of Autoconfig in this context returned a status [PAST] and I was then able to proceed.
  
  I then used AutoPatch apply u3460000.drv, but at a certain point, the script displays:
  
  Failed: File LoadMap.class worker 1 product ecx ECX username.
  Failed: File worker LoadMap.class 2 product as username ECX ecx
  
  ATTENTION: All workers have failed or are pending:

  I checked the logs, the adwork001.log, the adwork002.lo worker and can see that they are evidence of an error:

  I copied the last lines of the log file adwork and also adpatch file of newspaper at the bottom of this thread.

  After patch NLS, I'm now installing 2 patches help online, while it was passed, it fails with the following error of adpatch.

At this point, the only thing I can think is to have a UNIX administrator install AIX 6.1 on the dev server and see if the clone has problems and see if adpatch fails. Are there any other reissue or script I can run or need to run to help this situation? OR is the cloning of a unix AIX 6.1 environment in an AIX 5.3 environment simply not compatible with oracle E-Business Suites?

  Have you tried to recreate a link to adpatch only and see if that helps (I understand you did for all executables AD)-also, please check the timestamp adpatch to check.

  OR is the cloning of a unix AIX 6.1 environment in an AIX 5.3 environment simply not compatible with oracle E-Business Suites?

  It's not supported - see (FAQ: cloning Oracle Applications Release 11i [216664.1 ID], 13) Can I clone a version of OS to the other?).

  When running the utility adpatch, I entered the wrong APPS password three times. After that, I unblocked the user Apps. I am now able to connect with someone on applications through sqlplus and toad. But cannot run adadmin because he accepts only not the apps password.

• Need help to find an adapter for a third-party monitor

  Hi all! I find myself in need of a little guidance, and I hope that someone out there will have a quick n easy for me...

  I have a Mid-2011 27 'iMac. which has two ports Thunderbolt It is taken with a Wacom tablet that I use constantly, and the other is made by an external hard drive to a solid state, which has a built-in cable to Thunderbolt (no way to hang it on a different port). I also have a 27 "HP monitor that is currently connected via an HDMI USB adapter.

  The problem is that the HP monitor is actual "jiggy" - the USB does not seem fast enough to deal with requests for the monitor. It is almost unusable. I know I should run it via a HDMI adapter Thunderbolt, but as I have already mentioned the two my Thunderbolt ports are already in use.

  Someone at - it ideas? I need sort of three to two ports Thunderbolt hooks, but I can't seem to find anything for less than $300 that would work. (I am illiterate when it comes to the different cables, adapters, ports, etc., so I hope someone can point me in the right direction by using short words... Most of the products that I travel through list specifications that me Chicane).

  The monitor has two HDMIs and a VGA port, and my iMac has a Firewire 800 port, if that helps at all...

  2011 iMac have only 1 Thunderbolt port and there is no such thing as a Mid-2011, you must have an iMac of year later, if it has 2 ports Thunderbolt. All the 27 "iMacs, from 2012 to 2015 the current have 2 ports Thunderbolt.
