  The only way to do it with Photoshop, is to right-click on the clip and change the speed.  So if the clip was recorded at 60 fps and you use it on a timeline of 30 fps, set the speed to 200%

  

  Applications like Premiere Pro and After Effects (and possibly first Elements) allow you to change the frequency of images in sequence by sequence.   Photoshop is a tool very frustrating to use for video editing.  Premiere Elements existed comes with Photoshop Elements for a very reasonable price.  I have no experience with Premiere Elements, but I strongly suspect that this will be an order of magnitude better than Photoshop for video editing.

  If first is weird, restart your computer, open the first while pressing SHIFT + alt up to the Welcome screen.

  The closest method I can find is the method of clamp insert (by pressing control while dragging), but everything moves to the right by the length of the element moved not by the quantity of the item has been moved (it behaves as if you were inserting the clip in the timeline for the first time). For example, if I move a second 5 2 second clip, clips to the right spend 5 seconds to the right of not not 2 seconds desired.

  What I need is to read the key images of each selector Anim and add a new effect (lets say, glow for example) to each layer text to the help of some(not all) of Anim keyframes and the values set on all of them (as we use glow, could be the threshold for example).

  I can handle calculations, that I just need are the syntax to achieve these key frames and assigning values to them.

  To get the value of a keyframe you just use the method keyValue() as follows:

  SELECT. Property ("End"). KeyValue (i);

  where i is the index key.

  You can not color the layer itself, you can set a color of outline for objects in a layer. Then you can set the color of the outline as the highlight color for the objects in the layer. Then when an object is selected, you will see rectangles in this color in this layer there this particular color as his strong point, or if you have the layer set to show only the contours. But, I guess, none of this is what you are looking for.

  We must define what traffic there is relative to. For example, if you want a layer of mirror movement are another layer from the first image, you could do it like this:

  p = thisComp.layer("leader").transform.position;

  value + [0, p.valueAtTime (0) [1] - p [1]]

  If you want to mirror around a value of y specific reference, it would be like this:

  yRef = 540;

  p = thisComp.layer("leader").transform.position;

  value + [0, yRef - p [1]]

  There are other variations/interpretations - depends on what you are looking for exactly.

  I just found the answer:

  -Click on the layer in the timeline of the object

  -move the mouse over the object on the slide: you can move with the cursor keys.

I already tried the 'export' in Flash Basic options, but it exports only the "scene 1" first frame and not the real movieclip (648 images) I created which is placed in the scene 1.» Of after online videos / websites, I've gathered that I need to copy the movieclip on the stage 1 layers and then export that normally. While I can do (select the layer of the timeline of the movieclip, make a right click Copy frames and then paste this layer in scene 1), glued on the stage of the layers are out of the original (movieclip). Is there a quick way to move all layers in the timeline (frames) the scene 1 without losing their location on the stage? It is a fair way to export the movieclip in. MOV directly without messing with the parent stage 1?

  If you stretched it scenario main enough to show all the images in 645 and there not animate, implying that there are more nesting inside that you need to take into account. You'll need transform these MC incorporated into graphics so and stretch out them to full length.

  you don't know.  the video independently of interpolation of the background, you can tween (with code Tween or timeline).
