After Effects won't update/install

I tried to update after effects but I received an error message, so I renamed the 1.0.old application support folder had the same error... Finally, I uninstalled after effects CC and went to download and reinstall but it's just stuck in "waiting." Any suggestions?

I ve you have a problem with the creative cloud: Photoshop crashes just after the opening and Windows pops up a blue screen restart. Creative cloud tells me that updates are available, but the installation fails whenever I have it try. I reinstalled Photoshop, but it didn t work. I can´t find anything online to solve this problem, maybe I could find some help here? I also tried the cleaning tool, nothing positive has happened. I found the problem - driver Nvidia it must have caused.

I reinstalled clean Windows and installed the system step by step. As a first step, I have installed PS

After all the applications that I installed, I tried to open PS it worked great until I installed the real Nvidia driver. I had the same problem as before. I threw this driver and everything works fine.

I tried to install the latest update of Adobe after effects CC 2015.
Nothing helps. So I uninstalled Adobe after effects CC 2015, started again and tried a brand new facility from scratch.

Make sure that it is not a folder (instead of a symbolic link) in the location below.

I don't think that this help text is useful in my case.
My error message clearly points to a folder inside of the 2015.app Adobe after effects CC.
Can I 'delete' or 'Rename' this folder and try again? Or do I have to uninstall again?
But then what? I already tried to uninstall and reinstall...

Finally, I was able to install the latest version after effects CC 2015.

1. I restarted the Mac not in secure boot mode.

2. I zipped the 'Adobe After Effects CC 2015' in the application to hide the installation routine

3. in the application of Office CC I supported on install

The installation went through without a hitch.

So what can we learn from this?
If an an update installation failed, first hide * or delete the folder already installed the application.
And then try again.

* hide the folder by creating an archive zip is better, because if the second attempt fails, you can make available the installation files failed to Adobe customer service.

I did not remove the installation failed and zipped.
If you or someone else from the After Effects team would like to take a look or would like to have the console logs the process of the installation failure, let me know.

Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro install question.

Hello! I have a problem with some of my creative Cloud programs install. So the thing is I'm working with a Windows 10 operating system and I have tried several times to download Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, but it doesn't always let me. Premiere Pro appears as "up-to-date" but with no button to open - it is not on the programs on my computer! And with After Effects, it seems just constantly with the ' we have a problem, please come back later "without giving any code error or something like that. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall all my creative cloud Adobe programs and even the creative application of the Cloud itself. It just keeps ennuyer bored with this, could you please tell me how to fix? Or has anyone of you had the same problem before? I hope you can help! Good day!

Error starting after effects CC / tries to install WMA

I get an error saying that my Application Manager is missing or damaged, every time that I æ. It is more a problem of AMM as an AE that I think, because I've had this problem before, but I was always able to remedy when I reinstalled the Application Manager. So I downloaded again and re-installed (AFTER using the cleaning of the ACC tool) but this time around it keeps popping up:
Don't know what to do. Any of the my other adobe products work either because I am out of the AMM. Is there another way to AE? I need it tomorrow.
This has something to do with the registrant to creative cloud, because that does not work properly either?

After effects CC 2015 (update of 2016) continues to break with a pop-up window displaying a crash report.

My legacy of the program continues to crash every time I try to open it. All this happened when I updated to the latest version. The first problem is a plugin I had in which I uninstalled EI and then tried to re - open the program. Well, another error came showing a crash log that says this: last log message was: < 140735114785536 > < BEE_WorkQueue > < 5 > main thread of stacking: 524288. Please help me as soon as POSSIBLE. I have a project which should soon and I need sequels to finish.

If you're in a hurry, I have two suggestions:

Use either CC 2014 (which is easy to install) - it can open the files not created with CC 2015 no problem!

Or CC 2015 to uninstall, reinstall, but only update 13.6.1 (direct links to this update can be found here)

If you have a little time, contact Adobe technical support and see if they can solve your problem (and, if they can, please report here so that we can know the solution).

I get "Error 49" when I try to update CC. CC (2014) works fine however.

If you have the file signons.sqlite used in previous versions of Firefox, then you can try to force Firefox to migrate passwords stored in this file (you lose passwords saved in Firefox 32 + versions).
You can force Firefox to re-import the passwords in the file signons.sqlite and regenerate the file logins.json with the following steps:
- reset the signon.importedFromSqlite pref on the topic: config page by default via the context menu
- Delete the logins.json file in the closed Firefox with Firefox profile folder
When you restart Firefox, then you should have the pref signon.importedFromSqlite with the value set to true and you should have the passwords into password manager, unless he could have errors.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder currently in use:
- Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: see file (Linux: open the directory;) Mac: View in the Finder)
You can open the topic: config page via the address bar.
You can accept the warning and click on "I'll be careful" to continue.

After effects CC 2015 views only update

Hello
2015 CC running on windows 7 64 bit. Had this problem sometimes in cc before but apparently two more bad times with 13.6 update.
Whenever I make a change in the timeline (no change) it seems a little bit of roulette or not display window will update, especially if trying to undo. A change in the parameters of resolution for the preview window will be temporarily to refresh the view, but changing the resolution seems to return to the display of updated cache managers obsolete. Purge the cache has no effect either. So far, the only solution seems to be a restart of After Effects which then update with the correct view.
Before all this happens sometimes there's the caveat 'strange situation 0/1 '.
Any help much appreciated, working in delays and having to restart After Effects each time that you make a keyframe or changing a diaper is obviously frustrating!

After effects CC version 12.0 is not updated to the version 12.1

Hello:
After effects CC version 12.0 is not updated to the version 12.1 on my iMac running Mac OS X 10.7.5.
Desktop version Adobe Creative Cloud 1.2.0.248 shows that after effects CC is "current" tab applications; However, he is still version 12.0.
I tried to disconnect and signature to see the same result.
I also tried to choose Help > updates in After Effects CC 12.0.0.404; However, when loading of Adobe Application Manager, it indicates that "your applications are all up to date as verified: it is less than a minute." under the screen updates.
CC SpeedGrade, CC Pro first, Adobe Media Encoder CC and CC Prelude also shows "Up date" so while each these applications all have an update as well.
Any suggestions on how to do that after effects CC will update to version 12.1 are greatly appreciated.

Followed fast access:

I uninstalled After Effects 12.0.4 and restarted my computer.

Creative Cloud Desktop then allowed me to download and install after effects 12.1 as expected.

I do the same thing for first Pro CC, CC Prelude and SpeedGrade CC.
