After uninstalling update Creative Cloud on Mac problems settled not more

Hi all

A few days ago, I discovered the problem that my Mac Adobe Creative cloud has not put more up-to-date. Error code 1002.

I followed all the advice from the website of adobe about this problem. For example, Creative Cloud desktop application failed to install (error code: 1002) .

In the end, I came to uninstall my current Version of creative cloud (Point 3 of the notice) and reinstall everything simply. Hoping that it would solve the problem.

Now, even the downloaded the CC installation application installation process no longer works. It is said (translated from German): following problems occurred: during the download process, is a problem. Tips about the mistake of diagnosis, you will find on our support page. (Error code: 201)

I checked all the network connections, turned all the firewall etc, I am logged on as administrator and so on.

Anyone any idea?

For those who are affected by the release Code 123 please upgrade to Mac OS 10.11 to resolve the error.  Alternatively if you do not want to upgrade then please contact our support directly team to contact customer support so that the error can be corrected.
