  Hi all

  I have a not-so-strange question:

  I have a Studio full of Cinema4D installed on my machine, but also the new after effects CC licensed.

  When I create a new file of C4D from After Effects, it automatically opens Cinema 4 d Studio, which is great.
  But what happens if I want to use the Lite version instead? Why? Because I often work on the equipment of the customer, and they will very soon have the new after effects CC, I'm quite sure it will take me some time to convince them to buy the studio version of $3000 +.

  So, if I want to make this work at home, I prefer to do it using Cinema4D Lite version, because there is just too much differences between Lite and Studio for me to remember.

  I tried to open Cinema4D directly from windows, in the installation path, to

  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe after effects CC\Support Files\Plug - ins\MAXON CINEWARE AE\ (Support CINEWARE) \lite

  but without success.

  I am perfectly aware that if I uninstall Studio, I will have access to Lite, but I can't afford just to do it every time.

  
  There must be a way?

  The recommended way to make After Effects ignores the Studio edition or on the fly is to rename the folder "Maxon" (in the Pllications or Program FIles directory) where is installed the Studio edition or on the fly. I have rename mine to "ignore_Maxon".

  Hello. Thanks for all the posts on this topic. I have the same problem, as described by the op. But, while I use Avast, I have NOT the add-on from Astromenda which has been mentioned. However, I have the SB installed toolbar, and it has been recently updated, 29/12. I suspect that it is the culprit, if this problem is in fact not caused by an update of Firefox (my tiles have recently been reset on new tabs, and I suspect that Firefox for this problem).

  I am ready to remove the toolbar from the SB, but prefer to keep it (Yes, I admit I'm stupid) If this annoying 'new window = 2 tabs with 'new tab' at the top' would just leave.

  Apart from the removal of the toolbar SB... does anyone have suggestions? I don't see that all recently added add-ons/extensions that I don't recognize, apart from the update of the toolbar of SB.

  Updated: 5 minutes after this announcement, I disabled the toolbar of SB and restarted Firefox. No change.

  If you have made the timeline or out of a movie from the trial version, it will have this watermark on it.

  Once you have purchased and activated the software, you can remove the watermark by going to the folder directory on your computer where your project files are saved and deleting the folder Adobe Premiere elements preview files.

  It would depend on the plugin installed, if the browser doesn't have a player plugin then pdf does not open in the browser.

  Not much can be done through Muse, but you can try some settings of pdf password etc.
