AGSService installed every day

What is the AGSService services on Windows, and why it is deleted and recreated each day? I get notifications of Hacker process whenever something happens with services (usually during the installation of software) and what happens each day at least once, for maybe a week or two now. Can I just disable or remove the service? What is the quality of usual software of Adobe products? Tinker, until it doesn't crash, and then ship it.

Please see Adobe authentic driver software adds Support for creative products

You can also see How to disable AGSService, true Service of integrity of Adobe software to disable the same.

Hope that helps!

  • The new version of Firefox was installed a few days ago, and I've set up like I wanted; now it is re-installed every day, and I have to put up again.

I just want to know why Firefox thinks it must be reinstalled every day, and what I can do to stop it.

You mean that it maintains itself? You can turn off the Service of Maintenance of Mozilla and see if that helps. This page explains how to:

You can set Firefox so that it does not have the automatic updates as well. The settiing is in Options > Advanced Options > update.

  • Keep being told you need to install Adobe Flash Player, by Facebook, install every day, I am running Windows 7, 64-bit, how can I avoid this?

Running Windows 7, 64-bit, using IE 9, Facebook games keep telling me every morning I do it to install Adobe Flash Player, and all goes well, that day, then the next day, get the same message, is there a permanent fix for this somewhere?

It could be related to ActiveX filtering, too. Adobe Flash seems to work on IE only with ActiveX filtering disabled (I also have these messages, they never appear on Chrome or other browsers who do not share this security feature).

  • CC Adobe desktop application must be re-installed every day...

Last week (01/12/2015), I upgraded our Mac OS to 10.11 (El Capitan - stupid name BTW) and also updated all of our CC applications until 2015. The computer is turned off every night, including network connections. The next day, without fail, the CC desktop application is completely empty and must re - install to run! I've learned to keep dmag app on hand so it is more 'easy' get back office CC, but it becomes ridiculous.

    Hi Lithoplate,

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. To me, it seems that some of the permissions of the user could have gotten set wrong when you upgraded the operating system. I would test if the same thing continues when installation/work in a newly created admin user account.

If you continue to have problems, you can reach our support too. They should be able to help. Contact the customer service

  • Same update is installed every day

    I run Windows Vista.

I realized that each day there was 'new' updates to install. Today, I checked the version history and all the days from 29 September until today, there have been at least (over several days) an update with the same title "'AMD - graphics card - ATI Radeon Graphics Cards' status is indicated that installation went well, but the updates keep coming. As I type this I checked and there is already a 'ready to install this update.

Could someone please explain me what is happening?

    Thanks in adavnce

    Jorge E Jaramillo

If there is no problems with the monitor or video display adapter, then you should simply hide the update.
A search in the Microsoft Update Catalog using 'AMD - graphics - ATI Radeon graphics cards' led to this link:
    http://catalog.update.Microsoft.com/v7/site/search.aspx?q=AMD%20-%20Display%20Adapter%20-%20ATI%20Radeon%20Graphics%20Cards

It was published on 04/09/2007 and is for Vista. To hide the update open Windows Update, click the 1 optional update available link, right click on AMD - graphics - ATI Radeon graphics cards and choose hide.

  • MS Windows XP Update KB 286 2330 has installed every day - last 2 weeks - guard reappear to update again! Why?

keep to receive the update of ms KB for 286 2330, have removed this piece and re-installed. However, he returned for the last 2 weeks? Why and how do stop this repeated Ms. Update!

Finally, here is what worked for me:
Go to: Start-Settings-Control Panel - Add or remove programs.
Once the list fills, scroll to the bottom of the list a KB2862330 discovery.
Remove this update, as well as all this that followed and that just before KB2862339.  Some of the pop up windows will have a small check box asking if you want to do not restart the computer after you remove the update.  Check the box so that the computer does not restart until you are done to remove these updates.
After you remove the, shut down the computer, wait 20 seconds, and then restart.
After this restart, go to: start Windows Update and let it pick up and reload the updates.

If this does not work, try again but this time not to restart the computer.  Just remove the updates and then go to Windows Update.

    Good luck.

  • normal to receive several updates every day?

I had windows 7 for a few months now and lately, my computer has received a lot more series of updates on a daily basis. Sometimes, it will update 3 or 4 times a day. is this normal?

You will need find out what updates try to install and to do that you'll need to enter history and see if there are codes error for the updates that have failed to install.

It is quite possible that the same updates, try to install every day but are failling.

Note the error codes and what updates fail and after return or use this utility that comes with Windows Vista and Windows 7.

  • The update is ready to install? Every day, day after day?

Every day, I get a message saying "an update of stability and security for Firefox has been downloaded and is ready to install." Every day, I said to restart Firefox to install. I'm not a computer genius, but every day? makes me suspect something is not installed.

The update process is stuck. Go to http://www.mozilla.com and download the full version the most recent is 4.0.1 in 2-3 days it will be 5.0

After downloading, use Ctrl + J to make appear the downloads, and start the installation, when the installation starts down Firefox (be sure it is down in the control panel).

At the end of the installation don't let not the installation start Firefox for you instead stop there and then start Firefox to your habit - this way, you do not create a new profile and add confusion.

Or you can wait until 5.0 comes out June 21 (upgrade to look at 22), I think it would be a full download means less chances of getting stuck. There will be no change to the interface of all add-ons should be automatically improved from 4 to 5. "Do not follow request" will be moved to another place in the options.

  • Code 80070005 that I tried to install a update for my HP w1907 wide LCD monitor since I got this computer last year, but the installation fails every day.

I tried to install a udate for my HP w1907 LCD's wide screen since I got this computer last year, but the installation fails every day.

Thanks for the clarification, jackfrompa. If the monitor works to your satisfaction, then I see no reason to update his driver unless there is a Security problem with the current driver.
I can't find info list of video drivers of HP being a security risk.

  • Windows KB2656370 update will not install. Does anyone have a solution for this? Every day, it tries to install and cannot. It will not install by using the Microsoft Update feature. Any ideas?

There every time. I don't know even how to stop to try every day. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm not very computer savy, so I don't have much technical knowledge or programming.
    Thank you.

    Hello

Have you tried to install the update manually (Standalone installation).
Here is the link where in you can download the update and try to install.
Let me know if it works for you.
If this fails, download .NET clean tool.
    http://CID-27e6a35d1a492af7.SkyDrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
Copy and paste this into the address bar of IE and download the tool.
Remove all versions of .NET installed in the computer.
Once the removal is complete, disable the antivirus and restart your computer.
    Repeat the update of windows.
    Kind regards
    Thank you.
