  C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe 2014\Presets\Brushes CC in Photoshop

  Lol but you can create graphs completely in Photoshop and import them into Flash. You can also very easily with the right button on a bitmap in your library and "Edit with Photoshop". Whatever you do, if you save it, goes-automatic update in Flash.

  Flash is not designed to create elaborate bitmap graphics. It is preferable to the vector, but none of those really all use the tool that is designed for it. Flash is generally what is used to take over media and mount it in an animation or application.

  I've seen several threads on what I did and I tried and none of them have solved my problem.

  I created a watermark brush and tried and it didn't work.  Then I tried some of the other brushes and none of them does not work either.

  I do not have caps lock shift.  I stop the program twice and returned, I have reset tools - bit none of my brushes will work.

  Can anyone help?

  When you say that the brushes do not work when you try them, do you mean that you can select a brush and see the tip of the brush, after selection, but when you apply the brush, no mark appears?  You see the tip of the brush once selected?  If you see the trick but nothing happens when you apply it, the only thing I can think of is maybe you have a small accidental selection in the image that stops at the application of the brush, except in this selection.  Although this is unlikely given all the steps you have taken.  A reinstallation may be your best bet.

  Rant: Sketch of Adobe's cool, iOS and the iPad pro are not. It is disappointing that Adobe is investing resources in a losing platform, especially when the creative cloud works horribly even high-end hardware Apple (no CUDA support for one). Apple took us back ten years with forcing the lower, slower and less sure HTML5/JavaScript experience on us all. I recently changed my Apple for good, and it would be nice if Adobe focused on the provision of a single large platform yet. It seems there are too many irons in the fire, and many products have been neglected in favour of money pits.

  Currently, it is not a translation for all the abr from sketch to Photoshop CC.

  You could probably do something similar with Photoshop CC tho.

  The mixer brush or color replacement tool is not on the version of my 'teacher' of CC PS?  I click on the Brush tool in the tools Panel, and only the Brush tool and the pencil appear... no mixer brush.  Should I have a cheapo version or do I have to load something?

  You have the mixer tool listed in the additional tools brush (Accessible through Edit > toolbar)?

  So either move back to the toolbar or click on edit toolbar > Restore Defaults.

  

  Restart Photoshop and check if you do not see the mixer Brush tool now.
