  You can limit the size of check OS file using the package called DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT

• Where is the audit log?

  I have a need to run a report on the data in the audit trail for changes to the CMDB, but I have some difficulty to find where the audit log is stored.
  I would have thought it was ar_audit look, but who turned out be wrong.
  Have you tried to find in the schema data, but without success.

  Just checked - records to audit for these fields are placed in the SU_EXTENSION_AUDIT table. In any case the RV_CI_AUDIT_TRAIL view should display them as well. BTW, I use v.9.1.5 VSM and other versions may behave differently.

  In our Organization, as in the data retention policy we have to keep checking for only 4 years. Now he must clean all old checks before that. So basically, if an account was created 5 years back, we must keep checking only for the last 4 years and remove auditing for one year.

  You should be able to delete data prior to X.

This occurs when users save data in the online form (there are 2 rules attached and we chose run on customer service option in the properties of the business rule) and it took 10 to 15 minutes, then a meesage gets displayed error has occurred during execution of the specified calc script.

  For a long term business rule I would not recommend their execution save, they are probably timing out in planning, long runnning rules are generally best left regular, eas, launcher web or possibly from the menu of business rule in planning.

  1 session: when you run any object in ODI, deriving from the execution logs that are created by exploiting are calling the session.

  The script reports: this is a summary that appears under the node for the execution of each scenario

  For example. I have a TEST Version 001 scenario. When I run this, a session for execution will be created in the operator, and a summary will be created under the node for execution.

  Session: Details of the steps executed.

  

  Scenario report: this is the summary of execution

  

  If you click on it, it will give you the overview of execution:

  

  When you purge the logs, there is an option to also purge scenario reports. If you uncheck this option, the script reports will be retained, while session logs will be purged.
