  Assuming that you have:

  • The devices removed from BES/DOWN
  • Passed under the carrier on each device BES to BIS account

  Then the devices should have ' Personal/Internet' showing on the screen. Note that the company will always show up on this screen, no matter what. But it is only useful for devices in a BES environment. For non - BES, you need a plan BIS of data by the carrier in order to activate the exclusive services of BB (which includes the e-mail handling on these devices inherited from BBOS).
