• Lightroom and PS will not open after upgrade

  Last night, I installed Windows 10 Professional (64-bit) and now Photoshop and InDesign will not open. Because they both had updates in the meantime I've updated both, but it does not work. I rebooted, still nothing, not even an error message. However, when I open a Windows Explorer PNG file, I get this error message: "the program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. "I have to click OK twice to exit the dialog box.

  I googled the error and found a download from Microsoft who fixed a similar problem in Windows 8. I'm a little worried to start installation in Windows 10. The name of the file is vcredist_x64.exe. It is a Visual C++ redistributable file.
