  Hello. I am a beginner and I'm trying to align the second page of the entire site. I managed to center align perfectly the first page by clicking on the border, but when I export the second page of Photoshop, Dreamweaver CSS code appears and it's the only thing different from the two that will not let me choose the border, so I can center align.   The construction of the two pages are completely different, the first page makes use of TABLE for layout, the second page uses DIV to its layout.

  The first page is centered using the align property as in the table

  Align = "center".

  The second page is trying to align the page by applying an automatic to an element with an ID of principal as in margin

  #main {}

  margin-right: auto;

  left margin: auto;

  }

  But it won't work because the width of the element is not known. If we add a width as in

  #main {}

  margin-right: auto;

  left margin: auto;

  Width: 1281px;

  }

  you will notice that the page has been centered.

  Having said the above, I shudder when I see the construction of two pages. I think you need to catch up with markup (HTML) and style (CSS) before you tackle the creation of web pages.

  Am designing a website simple portfolio and followed tutorials for coffee of Katie who I found really useful.

  The question that I have is simple to explain:

  I have a master template contains my horizontal menu of the main site - it contains seven links page.

  On one of the pages I created a sub menu using anchor points.

  At this point when I saw the site all right.

  The minute I put an image on the page and then get an overview of the alignment of the page site is disabled.

  Am I missing something obvious?

  Only three options come to mind:

  (1) left align the pages, and not the more common center alignment (in the Site properties or properties of the Page for each page turn off 'Center horizontally');

  (2) the set of scroll bars to display always (in the properties of the Site or the Page Properties for each defined page browser Scrollbars on always); or

  (3) design pages to all be shorter or taller than typical screens.

  I searched and couldn't find a simple solution for the lack of /inability of firefox to align my pages correctly rather than resemble a bad print job on each page, with the text on the text, unable to reach the pages because the boxes don't align etc., you know what I mean because a lot of people have complained about the 'thing' again and again. I tried several times to do the best of bugs, and NONE of them work. Why not admit that you missed it and just be a good browser and fix the problem? NO it is not because I am using Windows Vista, I used my old XP and MAC and Yes, same stupid problem, so have a little decency and let us know a simple fix step by step for those of us know about this or we will end up leaving him and returning to IE just to be able to use a page without get dizzy trying to read the text in the text!

  This page appears fine for me until I set minimum font to zero size, a value greater than 10 causes the problem that overlap in your screenshot.

• How to stop the printer to print the page alignment each time that the printer is turned off?

  I have the HP 2480 all in one printer/copier/scanner. Never understood how to scan to my computer, but it's not my problem. Whenever the printer gets cut and then cut on it automatically prints an alignment page. How can I he stop doing that. I'm tired of wasting paper and ink.

  The printed sheet is a part of the process of alignment to align the ink cartridges.

  Make sure you complete alignment by following the steps below, otherwise the printer will keep printing the page because the process was not completed.

• Left edges of printed lines moving in and out of vertical alignment, goes to the bottom of the page.

  I downloaded an upgrade HP suggested and just after, had a paper jam.   I have authorized, but then got the error message: cartridge stuck.

  I couldn't find the cartridges in a first time (they were caught completely to the left), then the belt to see if I could make it appear.  Nothing helped, and... uh - oh - guess that I would not do.

  Finally, I spotted the cartridges, slipped to them where they were supposed to be, and the printer worked.  Except now, descending by the offset of the page become for two and some lines (first part crushed), indentation of about an eighth of an inch of horizontal lines.  Then, on a half inch below the page lines come back to correct the record.  Then they go again shifted, which cycling through all the way to the bottom of the page.

  How, please, can I restore the vertical alignment?

  I'm glad to hear that you found someone else and it works. As for the former, although it is very nice and respectful to donate, make you a good point about someone buy it and be disappointed in the quality of printing. I think the best thing to do is to recycle.

  Hi How can align my page, I have what to do with the small button and the screen must be centerd when page load, I also that the textinput to be of small size, I have what it takes to increase the size of the pane

  I always did it with a formula:

  using the Toolbox to get the size of the display window: (display image width width) / 2 for x and (image height) / 2 for y

• Align the tool path Rectangle frame on the master page

  I have the Master Page I place a rectangular frame tool.

  Then I copy and paste in a path logo.

  This right click > editing > Center.

  It would be the finished master.

  Then select a new page apply the master.

  I want then to scale/resize the rectangular frame, so using the selection tool, press Command SHIFT in, I click on the frame and the scale. Path Logo then is not automatically aligned to the center of this area.

  Is this possible?

  If I want to Center a logo on a page or somewhere else, I'm going a different path.

  1. Draw a text frame
  2. Place the logo (I use PDF/X-4 files or HAVE) on the page
  3. I drag the widget for reinforcement anchored in the text block.
  4. I apply a style object for the logo.
  5. In the object style I have configured the parameters of anchored frame that allows me to global, readjust the position of the logo by the evolution of the style object (or application of a different object style).

• Design element grid to cover the page using objects circle and the Toolbox align.

  Hi all

  I work currently through a tutorial in which I need to cover the entire page with a grid spaced regularly small circles. The tutorial told me to copy and paste the original circle then align to left and vertical and horizontal repeat. However what I'm left with are just two rows of circles, one on the far left and the other at the top of the page.

  What is the best way to cover the entire page with these circles so that they are identical and evenly spaced across the page?

• Changes in the alignment of the pages

  I'm building my first site with Muse and everything is fine but a question arose about the alignment of the pages.

  I have a master page ("hand", with no basic shape) with a menu place horizontally widget that is related to four pages of parent and a second master page ('Hand - About Us', with 'Hand' as his master).   The pages of four parents, one of them ("About Us") has two child pages (the other three have no child page).

  The parent's "About Us" page is the result of the 'hand - About Us' master page.

  On six pages, the "About Us" page is aligned differently that the remains seen in preview mode, when in a browser or seen such published.  In other words, when I click on the menu item to take me to the "About Us" page, the page is displayed, but everything is aligned to a situation different from that when display of other pages, including pages of the child "About Us."

  Any suggestions on how to solve this problem will be appreciated!

  The screenshots are cropped too tight to say, but my first guess would be that some pages are great neighbors to require a vertical scroll bar and others do not. The existence of the ScrollBar changes the width of the content area of the window and thus how centered pages are positioned.

  If this is the cause, you have 3 choices:

  (1) accept;

  (2) game of the scrollbar to always be on in the Site Properties. or

  (3) left align the site in the site properties.

  By default, print and download links in a dashboard page are aligned at the center of the page.
  Is it possible to align these links to the left corner. ?

  For the download link in your page... .GoTo change the dashboard... then horizontal section properties holding the report... together then align LEFT. This will bring the link on the left

• Booklet: How to get the pages aligned?

  I have 16 pages A5 printed on 4 sheets A4. The pages are printed on sheets in the right order and stppled and partially folded on the printer. A single error, is that the pages on the 'back' of the book get turned 180 degrees. For eksample: page 2 and 15, which must be printed on the back of the first sheet, turned 180 degrees. The same alignment error (?) pages occurs when the second sheet have page 4 and 14 printed on the face back of 3 and 13.

  How can I get this right?

  The printer I use is an Océ CS163
