  I have a large music library on my iTunes and so all my music does not fit on my iPod Classic 160 GB, which is fine.

  I have the latest version (last one that came out) the iPod Classic 160 gb.

  I have the latest version of iTunes.

  I use Windows 7.

  So basically I had no questions for recent years until last week.

  For a long time, I went through my collection of music [in view of SONGS] and placed check marks next to all the songs I want on my ipod.

  It's the way I like it. I have enough free space on my ipod for new music, I get every month so that it works.

  I connect the iPod to iTunes and SYNC my library, and it adds new songs I added to my iTunes library since I'm finally connected.

  Okay - here is the problem.

  Last week, when I connected my iPod Classic to iTunes, I got a saying there was an update to download.

  I am used to what is going on all the time with my iPhone, but I can't remember the last time there was an update for my iPod.

  Intrigued and not think what awkward or troublesome would come from him, I'm agree to download and install the new update.

  When he did download it says that it does not recognize the device (iPod). After searching for hours for help, I finally disconnected, stop, restart and rec-connected my iPod to iTunes.

  He says that he has no music on my iPod. I checked and it was not. He disappeared. ***!?!

  Fortunately, all my music was always in iTunes so I went with my library SYNC (again, I have the titles I want selected already). He said he could only and basically the only option was to reset my iPod to its factory settings. Because the way that my iPod is empty anyway, I thought, fine, so I did. I have restored its original settings.

  Later, I did the same thing after disconnecting. Shut down, restart, clean the cache and the registry, etc and then reconnected the iPod to iTunes. My first thought was maybe I should try to download the update again - since the ipod is empty at this time - what the *, why not - I would rather finish now than get my music on my iPod to be prompted to download new update, and start all over. So I clicked Check For Updates when my iPod was connected to iTunes and it said there is no new update. I don't remember the exact update, but I'm sure it was like 2.05 something, and what I have now (and had before all this happened) was 2.04 or something like that. So does well, no update? No matter what. At this point, I'm SO frustrated - I want just to SYNC my library via checked/selected songs and get back them on my iPod.

  When I went to SYNC, nothing happened.

  So I went to the tab that showed the music and it only gives me the option to SYNC my library of ENSEMBLE music (which is too large and does not fit on my iPod) - OR - I can go through this form on this page and browse and select the ARTISTS that I would like to add.

  It's so frustrating. First of all, I don't want to pass by and re - select all the songs I want to add - the main reason being - he did already - when you click on my library and select the songs view, you can see all the songs that I previously have selected/checked remains unchanged. Second, if I had to do it the way he wants me to all simply by selecting ARTISTS who will not work.

  Sorry for this long crazy question - but basically - how now factory - reset iPod Classic for SYNCING with my iTunes library with the songs of checked/selected, I already have checked - and not to go through and do it by limiting my will and have to select only the artist (not to mention that I did as I want).

  On the settings screen of the iPod summary (what you see in iTunes when you select iPod), there is a checkbox to Sync only checked songs and videos (wording may be different for your iPod).  Enable (check) this setting in combination with sync entire music library.

• m8120n Media Center PC RAM upgrade questions - help please!

  I have an HP m8120n 2 year old PC. It has 3 GB RAM PC5300 inside stock. I want to upgrade the ram, with 6 or 8 GB. Here are the 2 questions I have:

  (1) this motherboard is supposed to handle 8 GB (4x2Go). It will get by the BIOS?

  (2) this motherboard is supposed to be able to handle up to PC64000 (DDR2 800) RAM. I can use it or do I have to stick to the PC5300 accompanying?

  I understand that if I go to 6 GB, I leave 2 GB of RAM stock in it and you need to use the PC5300. I would prefer 8 GB and the PC6400. And Yes, I run Vista 64.

  Hi all! I'm a happy user of WRT160N V.2 for several days. I've updated the firmware to 2.0.2.I have laptop with wifi Intel 5100AGN built into the adapter. My internet connection is 100 Mbps, by using DHCP, but I have the static IP chosen on the router configuration, Net provider said its best with them (he told me that because of the thought IM client with * beep * y netgear router etc.). I chose for the wifi encryption WPA Personal.Thats my little information may prove necessary resolve my issues.

  Therefore, the router works perfectly, but I don't understand why my wifi 54 Mbps? First day where I set it up, my connection was moving in all 65-72mbps. I don't know what happened, but now its 54 Mbps (im in about 3 meters from the router, signal strenght 100%). I tried several options that I found in the menu router without results. First I tried to change the Capture of N (wlanadv.transrate) rate of Transmission of Auto - 15 - 144mbps. My laptop connected successfully to the router, but still at 54 Mbps. In the menu of basic wireless settings I choose mode manual network and changed its joint Wireless-n only. With this changed option I could not log in again. Changed desktop pc t mixed.   Oh! You have WRt160N, settings 5 GHz is not for you, don't go with 5 GHz settings...

  As you have WRT160N v2 router there a lot of problems with the Build11 2.0.02 firmware, you should downgrade of firmware to Version 2.0.02 Build 08 v2Firmware WRT160N, see the link here

  I just took possession of a new core I-7 system for CS5...

  The tower + only components were slightly more than $4, 000.00...

  I asked WD 10 000 rpm for the BONES, as well as other 3 series WD Black 1 TB drives for video work... I said the Builder just install the OS on the Velcro 10 000 disk and leave the other unformatted disks...

  I just unpacked the box, the system is on and what do I see...

  When Win - 7 has been installed, it created a partition on one of the other drives to hidden system files...

  What is with this people: I told him to leave the other blank discs / when I asked the manufacturer in this regard, he said, win-7 automatically did this little thing;

  It will interfere with the HD access speed if hidden win - 7 files are on the same drive as my main files of the video project / program files or disks to work...

  Also: seems to me this could be real problems if I want to just replace one of these disks 7200 RPM and it happens to be the player Win - 7 has created a hidden partition on...

  If I replace this drive so I also have to reinstall the operating system. / don't want to go there just to replace a storage disk. ??.

  Is there a better way to get out of this situation without wiping everything and do a fresh install at this time ?

  Not yet installed third party software 3^rd or CS5 / don't want to go until I got this figured out... y at - there a way to have Win - 7 replace these hidden files and put them on the same drive as the operating system without wiping the readers and starting over.

  I would just reformat the drive with the hidden partition. You do not need, you have the original DVD with Win7 on it. OTOH, saw that the partition is affect the performance in any measurable way, but can be an annoyance if you decide (parity) raid these three discs.

  If you decide to reinstall Win7, let the three disks only and Win7 automatically creates a hidden partition on your C: drive with a size of approximately 100 MB, which will not be used so will not affect the performance or wear and.

  I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.

  After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]

  (1) a class and keep it in Live Type (no need to create outlines);

  (2) in the appearance palette/Panel dialog box, select Add new fill;

  (3) apply the gradient from the bottom of the box to tools (which will give you the same gradient as in A) and change it if you wish.

  I'm new to first Elements 4. Is it possible to add random transitions to my slideshow all at once? Also, is there a "automatic query" option so that each slide will 'move' on the screen? Also, how can I change the duration of each photo in the slideshow? I have not found where I can set the duration. I really want to remove one or two songs and make each photo lasts a shorter time.   Unfortunately, you are unable to add random transitions, you can make a slide show of the project Media Panel and add a default transition (selectable) but not random transitions.

  To change the default duration for photos go in Edition > Preferences > General > still Image duration. To change the duration of the different pictures you must click and hold on the edge of a photo on the timelime and drag it to the desired time.

  For an automatic movement go in the effect controls panel, and then in the drop-down menu where it says Video Effects choose presets. Do scroll the window that opens and you will find Horizontal Image pans as well as others. You can customize these by going to the properties of the picture (right click on the photo on the calendar and select properties or click the properties icon above the timeline to the left). In the properties panel, select query and here you will see the scale and Position. Click the keyframe (the timer in the upper right corner) and you will be able to see keyframes who requested the screening. You can adjust these to customize the movement and size.
