  I understand that, as soon as you connect your MacBook Pro to your dock, Siri ceases to be able to hear. In this case, it seems that your input device may change (in system preferences > Sound > entry or in system preferences > Siri) when connecting to your dock.

The message that I get when asking to 'Open the Messages app' is 'you can't see an application called 'messages'. We could see if the app store has it. "For music from Apple, when I ask 'Play my mixed songs', it says"Sorry, I'm unable to play your music."   I also have similar problems. I bought my iPhone 6 s more in January, and the software is up-to-date. Siri seems to understand me very well, but can't seem to perform the tasks. I get messages like: "it does not appear that you have an app called music", "uh oh there's a problem you can try again? ',"Sorry, I can't play your music"and many more responses means having a hard time to do anything. I tried to reset my settings and at this point, I'm about to wipe the phone and try again see if that makes a difference. It's been less than a month I've had this phone... I'm tempted to send it back.

  I have unlock my iPhone 6 and iPad Pro Plus using the home button then wait for id at the end touch. Since iOS9, the time-out for the activation of Siri seems shorter path. About 50% of the time I find myself activation Siri (even if support super fast). It got to a point that it is driving me crazy and it is ruining the experience. iOS8 was beautiful, never once accidentally got Siri.

  Apple needs to fix this ASAP. Using the locking/release button on the larger aircraft is annoying and not the easiest to get when holding the iPad Pro.

  You don't need to press Home to use Touch ID.

  Search for malware:

  Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner. Remove any found object.

  Reset.

  Other information: the laptop came originally with "Windows 7 Home Prem OA" but is now underway "Windows 7 Unlimate" and I have no recovery disk for the original W7 supplied with the machine.

  If you are not successful this, then you should contact HP to get reinstall disks so that you can install the version of Windows 7 OEM. You will have to do all the updates, but it should be able to do.

  Unless you have an email or a packaging of retail with an improved version of Windows and a key, you will encounter this kind of problem. The version of your operating system must match the key you have.
