  The question is this... no matter what browser I use, it will freeze and hang. Opera, IE and Firefox. Sometimes, it will be good and knitting for 20 minutes, sometimes it will crash in 5 minutes.

  Uninstalling this curse (Flash) does not seem to solve the problem either.

  Can someone point me in the right direction? 18 months trying to solve this problem... and now I need the laptop to full time it needs to be fixed.

  I have Satellite P200 too and after 2 years of use still works well.
  To be honest I've never heard that someone is looking to fix at 18 months. It can be fixed, or you need professional with that help until the warranty is valid.

  I have a Toshiba l755d for a month. Everything works well except firefox, chrome and opera.
  IE8 works. At first I thought it was just firefox because I just test firefox.

  SO I wrote a thread in my own language for firefox forum. Nobody has been able to help me with this problem of accidents. Then I thought to test other browsers that eventually does not work too.

  So finally after update of everything and anything that I decided to reinstall windows so no change atm there is nothing on my hard drive but windows 7 home premium(64bit), pilots, recently extend java, flashplayer, firefox, opera and chrome.

  Short:
  -all browsers except IE8 crashes after a few minutes
  Firefox - forum couldn't help me
  -l' laptop is new
  -everything is updatet to current version

  Any ideas?

  As those seeking answers about shockwave taken in crashes and bugs, I have these troubles for years. The problem is with the plugin and not the browser configurations as you mentioned in your posts. I already have several times these routes to follow and the plug is crashing again that I just buy a new Lenovo PC a few days ago. Also is it to Adobe to work on solutions, products, it doesn't have much sense to say the same things over and over again! as for reset, as disabling, etc. I see that this is not the way!

  My macbook suddenly idle air navigation on all browsers over the last two days. I checked for viruses, malware and did a disk cleanup. But that did not help. It is not a DNS problem.   Hi, I have a Dell 14R with Windows 8, standard configuration.  After the automatic updates pushed on 06-04-14, computer laptop start behaving strange - not able to connect to any external website.  Home page only on a browser worked.  Troubleshooting auto did not find any problems. I restored the computer to the last point saved, generated an error "cannot restore', perhaps due to MacAfee, but solved the problem.   Then I disabled the updates for windows, just in case.  Did you anyone has a similar experience lately and was able to locate and solved the problem?

  I've updated for Windows 8.1 over the weekend, it seems to work great so far.
