All browsers in my mbp cannot open website http but https Web site

I'm not sure what I've done before it happened, now I could open all sites http with the error

chrome (49.0.2623.87 (64 bit))

"

This site is not reachable

CN. Bing.com refuses to connect.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

"

in Safari (9.0.3 (11601.4.4))

"

Safari cannot connect to the server

...

"

in Firefox

"

Unable to connect

...

"

BUT I can access a site https as https://www.google.com.hk/?gws_rd=ssl and https://github.com/ in all browsers!

Moreover, I could also ping the site of http in the Terminal application, other applications may connect to the Internet.

As I tried, I confirmed the DNS State is good in my work environment and home, closed all proxy applications and plugins.

Now, I think that this may be caused by problems with certificate from keychain access, I tried to match items between my mac mini and the macbook pro, no luck there, either.

So, it's really a weird problem, please help!

Before I tried to reinstall my mac, I really want to know what is the real cause. Thanks in advance!

OSX: 10.11.3 (15 D 21)

MacBook Pro (retina, 13 inches, end of 2013)

If your Mac is running 10.11.3, update your OS X software 10.11.4 can help.

Click on your Apple  top left of your screen. In the menu drop down click on App Store. When the App Store opens, select updates from the menu.

Your Mac may restart several times during the update process. When he's done try Safari.

I found the answer to this and I tried the solution, but maybe I am doing something wrong because it does not work for me.   I have Win 7 64 bit OS.  Internet Explorer is broken to 32-bit.  I tried to do IE (64-bit), the default value, but it wouldn't let me.    So I go to a website and if there is a link there I can't open it.  I have to right click then copy the shortcut and then paste and enter.     Is there another solution?   Is there a way to make 64-bit by default or should I just use firefox?   Thank you

  • Problem with pdf for the opening of the health gov Web site.

Problem with pdf for the opening of the health gov Web site. I use my ipad in Safari and have installed the application to adobreader. Healthcare gov support only suggested to disable the pop-up blocker. I did, and I couldn't always open the file. No problem on a desktop computer regardless of the browser.

In my view, they spend on their web server to a document ECM server authentication. Someone else has the problem?

I tried the Penguin, Chrome and Atomic browsers on the ipad and the same issue.

    Thank you!

Okay, actually, I think that there is a problem with the type of form. It is a form of a special kind (called a form XFA or Designer, for what it's worth), which can be opened with Adobe Reader and only on Mac or Windows. There is no iPad software that can read these.

  • All https: Web sites know the untrusted certificate errors and appears as the provider cert Digitalmarketresearchapps Pty Ltd. No virus found on my system.

I started all of a sudden the problem "untrusted connection" on earlier work https: Web sites with the "not provided any transmitter channel" as a reason. I tried all the proposed solutions and nothing works. I ran several programs antivirus and no viruses or malware detected. I don't have any such installed ESET suggested in the previous solutions. Display of certificates for the default sites shows that the provider in all cases is 'Digitalmarketresearchapps Pty Ltd'. Certificates are always a start date and an expiration of 2039. I think I picked up something that causes the problem, but as I said, none of my antivirus/malware programs are detecting anything.

I had this problem as well, and he ended up caused by the installation of the E-Rewards application notify. I had to uninstall and then restore my computer to an earlier time to fix the signer of the certificate again to "Thawte Consulting (Pty) Ltd". I contacted E-Rewards to let them know and ask why this is happening.

    Hi Zachart,

Can you please let me know the exact steps that you take when you experience this problem?

Are you by chance browsing to https://site.com ? That won't work because at this stage Business Catalyst does not support custom SSL fields, but you can access the site via https if you navigate to the subdomain secured (on https://yoursite.worldsecuresystems.com)

Sorry for the late reply, but I did not have access to the MS Web site for a few months.

I tried your suggestions, they do not work.

The resolution is to do a repair of the operating system out of the CD.  Who cleared up the problem.

  • cannot open the https sites

    Hello

I can't open any websites other than https for about a week. I use chrome and safari, none of them worked. I deleted the browser implements cache dns, no proxy not enabled, no antivirus installed, no extension, no malware found, no parental control. I also tried browsing in safemode, it did not work.

In safari it says "Safari can't open the page"www.com"because the server that hosts this page does not respond"
In chrome, it says "this site is not reachable. www.com took too long to respond.
The connection is fine when I opened https (google, youtube, etc.). I use a modem and it is in the default setting.

    Please help, thanks.

Hello. If you have problems to open Web pages, take a look at these techniques proposed by Apple of troubleshooting.

    https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT204098

    Try the following steps:

Go to the Safari menu (at the top right of your screen next to the Apple icon), choose 'Quit Safari'

Press the "Shift" key and while holding this button on your unique keyboard, click the icon of Safari on your Dock.

Open Safari - Preferences - Privacy - data to remove any Web site.

Open the menu to go with the Option (Alt) key - library - key locate Safari folder and place it on your desktop. Restart your Mac, open Safari and delete the file from your desktop.

    Also, try the following steps:

    Restart your Mac.

    Try to start:

    -Stop your Mac

-Wait until your computer turns off and after that press the power button

-Just after you hear the startup tone, press in and hold the SHIFT key

-Release the SHIFT key when you see a gray Apple sign and the progress under this sign bar

-Once your Mac boot, restart dhcpd as you usually do.

If this does not help, follow the instructions below:

    -Stop your Mac

-Wait until your computer turns off and after that press the power button

-Just after you hear the startup tone, press in and hold the SHIFT key

-Release the SHIFT key when you see a gray Apple sign and the progress under this sign bar

-Once you see office, start a scan Disk Utility to detect and repair file system errors (remember to choose your primary hard drive)

-Click on the disc to check, then, if requested to solve the problems on the repair disk

-After that click on verify disk permissions, and then click Repair disk permissions

-Once the process is complete, stop your Mac and turn it on again after 30 seconds

    I hope this helps!
