  I recently bought a student for the 'full package' subscription, my credit card has been charged.  Then I download the installer of creative cloud from the site, that's fine, and then I double click the installer of creative cloud according to the instructions, it starts downloading the desktop application, but is only halfway, then disappears.

  I tried using safari and chrome, restarted my computer, but none worked.

  I noticed that the site won't keep me logged long either, it keeps switching to BUY instead of DOWNLOAD.

  When you change the name you actually have dissociated the report of your application. Our tech support should be able to resolve this issue, if you give them a call.

  That has NOT fixed the problem.  I formatted my laptop, reinstalled El Capitan and migrated from my Mac Pro.  Now iTunes works OK.  Rubbernet and VMWare Fusion have been copied, but Intego has not been installed on my desktop.

  Using Blackberry 7.1, in a variety of devices:

  We have an application with some screens recorded as NDEFMessageBuilder and NDEFPushStatusCallback. They correctly return the NDef message and it all works perfectly and wonderfully in all devices. Once you start using a FilePicker and navigate to any folder inside the filepicker, the application starts to be unable to pass anything througt NDEF/NFC, even the "buildNDEFMessages" is not called.

  I tried to cancel the registration and re-registration of the NDEFMessageBuilder, placing the NDEFMessageBuilder in another class or same bundle... At tried all combinations possible on register/unregister, in all moments of possible timeline at the opening of the FilePicker. But nohing help, the application cannot send NDEF/NFC after opening the filepicker and access to a folder.

  Once I Close / restart the app it sends NDef perfectly but, once you re - open the filepicker and access a folder inside the filepicker he keeps failing.

  Curiosity: After the FilePicker breaks the NFC/Ndef, it starts sending the packages throught NFC LLCP FRAME_REJECT and all other applications work fine... but whoever opened the FilePicker aren't...

  After a lot of research... it seems that the LLCP was a senior associate with two connect packets inside... one for the transfer and the other for the connection of the snep.

  Maybe opening the filepicker here where the posibility to use nfc conncetion transfer or use the registered app snep connection, that is why the blackberry device returned an aggregated setting...

  Some devices implement these packages aggregated and not others...
  obiously I don't have he put up in my library nfc...

  I will implement as soon as possible.

  So I reached out using Adobe. Transferred 4 times, I'm done with that, nobody knew what to do. It is clearly a problem with the communication of the CC with the apps, and no one can figure out who can help, or what is responsible.

  It is a big reason why I do not have a subscription service, when something is wrong (and I needed this functionality), this is what is happening.

  PDF forms must be Reader extended to enable the option Save PDF Forms data. This must be done by the creator of PDF form in Acrobat.

  I'm kinda stuck with the following problem. I use the application scope to store a sizeable collection of labels used in our corporate Intranet. From time to time, I need to refresh this collection that I have added new labels. I've implemented a refreshing switch by writing the following code in my OnRequestStart of Applicationmethod. cfc :

  do not store a variable in a data base that should be checked each time a page runs, (why anyone should request vars if this has always been done)

  URL param refreshing is acceptable using your script to list the names of the application, and then using the extract in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/537752?tstart=0

  It seems that you may have removed some system files, you shouldn't have.

  If your Mac is running v10.7 Lion or later, you can restore OS X using OS X Recovery.
