• Calendars has disappeared from the MacBook Pro

  I clicked to open the calendar on the doc icon and all of my calendars are GONE. There is now only a single base calendar with holidays and some limited entries that I had put in the calendar on my iPhone (6).  But all entries made on multiple calendars on my MacBook Pro (circa 2009, 13 inches) and the calendars themselves have disappeared.  The left in the schedule column now lists only the 'other' with boxes checked for 'Found in Mail' and ' WE holiday.»  There is a box unchecked "birthdays".  I also checked my iPhone calendars (6): in the column "MY MAC", several of my missing calendars are noted as "null".  In the column 'GMAIL', my e-mail address, birthdays and holidays are checked.  I restarted the computer from the drop-down menu, only to rebuild or repair itself, as opposed to an automatic restart.  I do not backup to the cloud, only on a hard drive.  I'm under El Capitan 10.11.4.  Help!

  After I have updated recently iCloud and Windows 10 (update of the anniversary) my iCloud Contacts disappeared from Outlook 2007, giving the following message appears in Outlook by clicking Contacts iCloud: "failed to open all the files. The information store could not be opened. "When clicking on tools-address book in Outlook, the following message appears:"unable to display the list of addresses. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened. It may have been deleted or you do not have permissions.

  Everything worked fine before the update and the address list is in my iCloud contact account and is accessible by my iPhone.

  I tried to export a vCard in iCloud for import in Outlook by going to the Menu Action to iCloud and selecting 'Select all' and then 'export vCard', but no window never opens in which name and save the file.

  As a last resort, I could probably restore the old file of Contacts if I knew where she stood in Outlook.

  I tried many suggestions but nothing worked. Someone has any idea how to restore the iCloud Contacts file in Outlook?

  How iCloud library works is that all the photos are on iCloud and on the device connected to this library to iCloud. If you remove anywhere from anywhere, they are deleted.

  You can connect otherwise?  USB or FireWire or love at first sight?  You can connect both machines and start the one you want to transfer to target disk mode.  If your other machine is up and running with an account on it and you just want to move files, you can simply drag and drop the FRO the machine mounted TDM, or you can use the migration wizard.

  Or, if the other machine still starts and runs, you can start both computers and connect to the same wifi network and share the hard drive like machines on the network.  Access them in the finder on the new machine files and drag-and - drop, or use the wizard migration, on wifi.

  iCloud Drive is a synchronization system, not a backup system. Use an external drive for backups. So that documents to download, they are added to iCloud by car. iCloud drive will not load automatically the content of your Documents folder.

  Yesterday, I inadvertently clicked in the wrong place on my screen of Windows 7 libraries and made my link strongly used for the display of my office disappear from the Favorites in the top box on the left. What should I do to restore that link office here?

  I should mention that I store recently downloaded files of particular interest on my desktop as well as all my Photo Albums. After the disappearance of this Office of libraries link, I can no longer drag My, My Documens photo files, etc. on the office. I can't reach also .jpegs in Albums photos for email messages, once again because the office is no longer a visible option.
