  Photo black cartridges are designed to be used, it cannot be bypassed or ignored. When printing from your computer, you can set it to print in grayscale (black ink only), meaning that it will use less of the photo in the black, but they will still get used for maintenance.   NOTE: It will use the black photo cartridge for printing black if photographic Support is selected for the type of paper or printing is set to auto or to a picture frame.

• BlackBerry software remote access since Z10 for Windows 8 PC file shows the name of the computer, but no files

  I can't access the files on my PC from my Z10 in the "File Manager" application.  Connecting my phone to my old PC Windows 7 works fine, but when I select my new PC for Windows 8.1 in the File Manager displays the icon of waiting for some time he does display no files at all.  I have no problem connection from a PC to the phone to see the files of the phone.

  -In the Blackvery link in my phone settings, I have 'BlackBerry Link' in position 'On' and I can see my old and new PC in the section 'paired computers '.

  -J' have the latest version of the operating system on my phone and the latest version of the Blackberry link.

  I figured this out, finally. McAfee Firewall is running on the new laptop and turn it off allowed me to see the files without problem. Stupid, not solicited for McAfee firewall was the issue.

  Hi jbortohelp, it is regrettable that the issue has not been resolved. I'll give a few comments on what is my thought process:

  In terms of download and install another version of Windows Installer, it is compatible with all versions of Windows, unless an exception is specified. The latest version of Windows Installer is 4.5.

  You can try the workaround installation. You should see the 'recommended' and 'custom' installation options when loading the software. If you select "custom" install, try to install the driver to print only and exclude the rest. If the driver installation is successful, rerun the installation and what you want to install.

  If these steps do not work, I would follow the following instructions to perform a check of the computer system file:

  Go to the start menu and type "CMD" in the search bar. Now, at the top of the menu, you should see a shortcut to CMD. Right-click on it and click "Run as Administrator". If she asks you to administrative authorization, please activate the authorization.

  I did some checking into it.  I use Live Mail program, but not much for the calendar (he has some personal things, but by-and-large I use Outlook calendar to my business for most of my appointments and reminders).

  So the Live Mail application has a setting for reminders, but it uses the setting of Outlook.com reminder to send a reminder email before the start of the event (which I think is terrible because I'm not getting emails real time anyway).  My point also appear on my phone, but also a small flag of the Windows 8 calendar applet on but only happened because they all sync to my same Hotmail account.

  Therefore, it seems that you have a few options. If the reminders of the integrated application suffice (this purple headband), you can simply link to the same account as your application Live Mail calendar and be the source of reminder notifications.
