All the 3D shaded in CC2015 options

I did search long enough, it's time to ask you.

I'm just starting to play with 3D for the first time, but I can't yet begin the first steps to convert anything in 3D because 3D options are grayed out.

I did some research and my video card seems to be MORE than capable (GeForce GTX 770).

I'm doing something wrong, like a beginner in 3D? I have created playlists, tried dynamic objects, non-smart objects, text... I am at a loss.

Attached are the screenshots of my performance and 3D preferences settings.

Try setting the Nvidia card as the preferred card. Here's how:

(1) right click on desktop and choose 'NVIDIA control settings.

(2) look on the left under

--> 3D settings manage 3D settings

Now you have 2 tabs GLOBAL SETTINGS and the SETTINGS of the PROGRAM.

On the GENERAL SETTINGS under "Preferred graphic processor" tab choose "High Performance NVIDIA processor". Do not change any other details on this tab.

Now, under the PARAMETERS of the PROGRAM tab

Click on the ADD button, which will be asked to browse for the program you want.

Add sniffer.exe and Photoshop.exe (from C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015).

Click on each ".exe" file and click OK, under "select the graphic processor preferred for this program", choose "NVIDIA processor high performance.

(If there are any) click OK to save changes and you're done.

Next time when you restart Windows and open Photoshop it will be managed by the NVIDIA card.
