  You can use a small script with a regular expression in the event of change of textfield yout, to check the input current and delete everyting that is not a digit.

  I tried to do a procedure that will search for a group of approval in our database that matches.

  (1) the number of levels

  (2) the number of users by each level

  (3) the id of users by level

  entered by the user.

  I tried various methods to receive user input dynamically at run time, but in vain.

  Finally finished my procedure allowing the user to enter the parameters and then executes the procedure, to which these parameters are passed as arguments. (1 variable for the number of levels and 2 userdefinedarrays with the number of users by level and level respectively)

  There is no way to do it in SQL or PL/SQL, because not SQL PL/SQL is a way to get user input.  User interaction is a job for your front end, like Zlatko tool suggested in response to #5.  If your front end tool is SQL * Plus, you can use the substtitution variables, as Jarkko showed in response #6.

  I can't find if it is possible to run javascript, that will be window (such as a form) that will contain some text boxes to enter data by user and some check boxes, the user can register/unregister. According to values user will type and user option chosen will be the scrypt will be another feature.

  Starting from the version 4.7, I don't see any how useful filter adapted to your needs.  Then why don't you override keyChar() like this:

  I have not tested this code, but you can give it a shot...

  You can add a manipulation (or super.keyChar...) for Characters.ENTER and Characters.ESCAPE, as well as anything else you be useful, such as the comma and the period.

  In the options of the Paypal button, you can select 'Gift' and add your own button image, if you wish.

  If you can read data from a file or a database, you can simply load the data and the output to an indicator.

  Select the indicator on the block diagram, right click and select "change constantly.

  Why don't simply duplicate you the same for table 2? I don't know what is the real problem that you are facing, but duplication worked.

  I want to allow a user to enter a beginning date and to set the period they want to find records of members who have joined some end dates. Funny, it is... I got half of the working time. For example I have 4 folders between 26/10/2005 and 01/08/2006. When I enter 01/01/2005 as startDate and endDate 31/08/2006, I get 4 records. However, if I change the endDate to 09/01/2006 I get all records in the database! ??? Why is this? I can't get my head around it!

  Try formatting your dates first (before the call to CreateODBCDate). I just tried this on my test page and it worked correctly. I removed calls DateFormat, now dates in your format, and it didn't work. See if something like the following will help you:

  I am VERY new Live Cycle and I hope I post this question in the right place.  I created a few PDF where users can download maps and projects and the custmize what they would like the text to say.  I know that there is a way to also allow end users, through the Properties menu in Adobe Reader, to customize/change the font, color and size.  Should what parameters/script I use to achieve this?  Thanks in advance for any help!

  I think you are referring to a rich text field. This type of control allows the user to enter information, but also to indicate the police, style, color, etc... for their contribution. This is only possible if the designer of the form is used, otherwise they are only able to enter information in the font, style etc that the designer chooses. The user should hit Ctrl-E to bring up the menu of rich text, then they ghave tools to affect the text.

  However I want is when a user is dragging an element from a tilelist component in the other tilelist so that they are able to save these changes so that when they close the application and reopen these changes will always be there i.e. If the superior tilelist is tilelist1 and the low tilelist is tilelist2 and the user is dragging a couple of points to tilelist1 to tilelist2 I want that these items appear in the tilelist component 2 after the app has been closed and then reopened and the items that were NOT to appear in tilelist 1 more.

  I also want the user to be able to type their name in a text box and save it by clicking on save button so their name will also be stated next time they open the app.

  What is the best way to do it? Via xml maybe? I used xml contain data that fills a site in the past, but never used because it allows the user actually insert data into an xml file. Are there examples of what be simiar who can help me?

  I think the first TileList (drag initiator) can be filled with a collection of ArrayCollection in the application, but unless the user has registered, the second TileList dataprovider should be empty, correct? Just initialize this AC and then fill with a SharedObject is a backup was made.

  I'm trying to enter data in a table by using an instruction box to select the values of interest.

  The problem is this, I am under a for loop and every time that it runs, it reads a specific value in the table (table 1), using the for loop index as the index for table 1. So I check whether this specific value = preset value

  If Yes: the case statement writes the index in a table (table 2).

  If it is not: the case statement writes a constant - I would like to not have to do, but unfortunately the case loop must have all the input terminals connected.

  I would like the main table consist only of interest and no default values / values constant.

  Any ideas?

  You're abusing table to build.  Wire you a table in a table entry and other values or the other.  See the example I have attached.
