  The easiest way would be to have a checkbox without legend and then place a textfield to the right. Optionally set the border of the textfield none or a continuous line.

  You could have the box and textfield in a repetitive subform, with a button add a checkbox.

  I'm really new to this kind of things site... so if I posted in the wrong place, I apologize...

  I'm building a site using CS5, PHP and MYSQL.

  I am trying to find a way to allow users to add documents to the site via the Web page, they should be able to navigate (I can at least find the field of file in a form), and then attach the document they select. then have a list of attached documents, they can click on (as in the example below)

  Anyone have an idea how I could go about this?

  Basically, you would need Acrobat to insert pages in a PDF file (unless the creator of the PDF has provided a mechanism to do this with the reader).

• I wan't to create a site that scrolls down, but the navigation widget allow me to add additional categories

  I want to create a unique page layout that scrolls down, but the questions that I have are these:

  (1) navigation widget don't allow me to add sections extra such as about me, contact me, etc. unless I have create or add additional pages, but I don't want to only a single page several pages. How can I get around this?

  (2) when I create anchor points, it allows me to add a hyperlink to a reason any? If I want the site to do scroll down to contact me, I create the anchor point, and then I click the tag navigation, about me and tie under the section of the hyper link, but it does not appear or is grayed out.

  Using the method of anchorage is correct. Just make sure that your Type of Menu is set to "manual".

So if the user has updated an existing line before clicking on the add a line button, the update does not have to be submitted by click on the button Add a line.   Well, your intent is not UPDATED when the user has clicked on the "ADD ROW" button.

  When we create tabular, AEPX creates two submit after MRU (for updating the table) processes, a MRU runs when you click the button SUBMIT and other MRU runs when you click on the button 'ADD ROW '. Then change this SRM process and set it to run EVER (conditional processing > Type of Condition)

  I created a form to fill out so that I can follow the results of the data in our laboratory. It is designed to be versatile, the fields are general enough to be used for a variety of tests. However, some tests require more samples to run than others, so I don't have a way across my document to match how many entries requires a given test. What I want to do is create a button to generate a second (or third or fourth) results page that laboratory analysts can click if they need additional reports entries. However, I don't have the first clue how to do this. any suggestions or pointers in the right direction would be really appreciated, thanks!
