  I just updated our application multi-folio (Professional license) from V21 to V25. When the application is updated on the Tablet, all previously downloaded folios are brought to be re-uploaded and are, therefore, cash against our license. Is this correct? Also, I'm hoping to use the background download, but I don't see where it is available. It is part of producer tools? Thanks in advance for your help.

  When you say the folios are're-uploaded', would you say update or download from scratch? When you update your application, all downloaded folio must always appear in your library. If you updated the folios, your users can update these folios as well, but updates do not count against your packages to download.

  Background download only works in kiosk applications. With a non-kiosque v25 application, your users will be able to start a download and exit the app or discovers a different folio while the download continues, but background download is booth only.

  I understand that you have downloaded macOS Sierra, but are not able to install it, because you are told that the download was corrupted. In a situation like this, the next step would be to remove existing installation application download and re - download.
