Alternating line colors
Hi all
OK, I ticked the box of alternating line colors, selected my color, but you want to color the other lines, I'm sure it's easy but I'm stuffed if I know how to do this. It may be down manually, but I want to do this automatically because it is a spreadsheet live transaction that will evolve over time.
I tried color all of the table 'Cell' and then 'Fill', and then clicked on the box of the alternating line colors, but the color stays the same in every other row according to the shade was selected in the option ' Cell ' / ' fill ', regardless of me dirty around with the shade etc.!
Of course possible to choose what color I want when you select the line alternating color option, but is it possible to choose what color goes in the other lines?

the background color of cell goes too spare line color.
The only way I could achieve this goal is to leave the the cell fill color 'NONE' then turn the color of line replacing in table formatter then add a rectangle filled with the color I want and place it behind the table.
Like this:
Select the green rectangle, put in the background by using the menu item "organize > background.
Now drag the rectangle behind the table:

No, but it is possible to create this look.
Procedure:
Open a table.
Format > table
Check the alternative line color. The yellow value.
Click the form button, select the rectangle.
Click the shape to select it.
Format > Style
Set the fill color to green.
The border value without border.
Move the shape to align with the upper left corner of the table.
Drag the handle at the bottom right of the form to the lower right of the table.
Go to organize > Send to back (or backward and repeat until the form is behind the table, and the Green shape is visible through the non colored lines).
Note that the form is independent of the table. If the lines are added to the table, alternating lines will continue to have the yellow filling, as it has been applied to the table itself, but the lines between indicate white background, until the shape is expanded to match the size of the table.
Select the Table (by clicking on the 'target' at the top left.
Go arrange > Send backward. (Repeat if necessary until the form is in the front of the table)
Select the shape.
Resized according to the table.
Go arrange > Send backward.

Another issue of alternation line color
I used alternating colors of line before with great success, but this situation is a little different. I * grouped * data and I want each * grouped * line to have an alternating color. When I try it with the standard code, it does not work. I get the colors, but they are not alternately. My code is below. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you very much.

How to include check boxes for alternating line fill?
I tried allowing alternating filling line before and after adding a column with checkboxes, but it just does not work - the entire column "will not participate" in the alternation of filler as all other columns don't. How can I make it work?

Worked for me.
I inserted a new table 'ordinary' in an existing document to format a cell as a checkbox column, then clicked on the button in the Inspector to Format table, clicked on the alternative line color box, click on the color wheel and used the RGB sliders to set a color for the alternate rows (pairs).
Note that I started with a "plain" table and that it did not apply fills all cells except through alternative line color. Any color fill applied to the cells will substitute the color defined by collour alternative line.

IM using Oracle 11 g Database XE with APEX 5.0.0.00.31 2.
I searched current debates and following this thread:

It's all totally obsolete with respect to the 5.0 APEX where interactive reports have been completely redesigned and rebuilt.
To complete the full version number of APEX, always indicate what theme and browser (s) / version (s) you use when asking questions of shape/layout visual layout.

Alternation of colors in a picture
I put together a page displays generated dynamically to HTML tables.
There are three paintings of the page that is generated from the same database but I can't seem to find a way to generate the alternating line colors. I'm trying to use:

but line colors are grouped to make 2 or 3 ranks are the same color and then maybe 5-6 are the other color. There is no consistency.

Thank you for all the answers. I took the advice of cf_dev2 ran three separate petitions and used
for lines alternate. The problem was that all ranks was questioned but not displayed. -
Alternation of ordered by value line color

I created a report commissioned by the COUNTRY column. Then I added a hidden column called COLOR with a value of switching between "#FFFFFF" and "#F0F0F0" every time that we have another country in the report.
Now I want the background color of each row so that the value of the COLOR column of the den.
How can I achieve this? Do I need dynamic action?

Using another approach, I created a custom generic column "Standard, line colors" alternative model column ALT as a copy of the alternative model "Standard, line colors. The only change here is to change the column model 1 Condition of use PL/SQL Expression functionand Expression of column Temlpate 1 to

Need color alternative lines of an OAAdvancedTable Bean in OFA

I have a table adv. Bean & when the page is displayed, I need to display the alternative lines in a different color. In my VO, I added an attribute additional 'color', which even have values like "OraPageStampText" for all the odd records and "OraErrorNameText" for all records. Until now its ok. I got stuck when I try to implement the logic of OADataBoundValueViewObject in my ProcessRequest() method.
I looked into some old discussions and got the below mentioned thread. There they suggested to use the bean line, but I'm afraid there is no such bean in the context of return a line like what we have for a column (OAColumnBean).
I had asked the same thing in this thread . But it get all the answers, so post a new.

I have a user who wants one of its reports to display line colors alternated for clarity of reading. The reports are quite long and the lines tend to blend in with eachother.The I have to handle this is to put a gray rectangle behind the values that spans the entire detail section. Then, in the section 'Print Control' of the 'Properties' toolbar, I'll put the equation 'request. CurrentRow mod 2 ''. In this way he band background will only color every two rows.

I have always used the following code to the colors of the other line in a CFOUTPUT table:

I'm new on this but really need your help. My laptop is around the age of 18 months and has always worked well. Last week, I plugged modem broadband via Ethernet cable and configure the broadband services. A few minutes after doing this, when I looked back to the screen, he went all white with vertical lines colored it. I rebooted the machine etc and that's all I ever get now. As soon as I turn on, it will just right to white with these colored vertical lines.
I tried to connect an external monitor to it and that works very well. The laptop is a Toshiba Equium A60. I'm worried that the screen is burned, it is possible for a power surge or something like that to go down the Ethernet cable and the screen shot?

Display features has nothing to do with the Ethernet cable. Test with external monitor is very good, and on this way, you can see if the graphics card is perhaps responsible for that.
From your description, I think that the view is the problem. Of course, just intensive display test can give more answers.
Hi, I'm new (very) to Illustrator so please go easy. I'm in a bit of a pickle and would very much help to get out!
I created an illustration using the pen tool, making a series of paths open and closed (below), all stroked them in the color purple. I then used the Shapebuilder Ranger a few areas of intersection.
Later, I started using live paint to color block the form contained in the paths, however, when I try to change the outline of these 'forms' that won't happen.
I tried releasing the images of live paint and changing the line color of the sketch (i.e. opening and closing original tracks), but this does not work either.
Any advice?

Inside a live paint group you must activate the coloring of the traits.
To do this, double-click the live paint tool.
When you expand a live paint group, fills and strokes is separated. You get a group that has all the traits and another which has fillings.
You will need to inspect it in the layers panel, and then select the Group of traits in order to change.

I have a. Model RTF I change from a colleague that I don't get a lot of help on. My problem is when the preview of the. Model RTF using PDF my line colors appear no different for each line. The model is very good when you do not group but I think that the grouping of the report causes this problem. Can someone take a look at my model and/or shead know everything about this subject? I get the error "columns that use HTML need to alias names.
I tried to add ' PRIORITY 'priority' over the investigation of the case, in the main select statement, but it gives me "ORA-00923: KEYWORD not found where expected".»
Basically I want the entire line coloring on a priority basis. The column name is supposed to be the "priority."
If anyone can help, or knows a better way to do it, let me know!
