AMD Radeon HD 7570

I'm looking for an update for my AMD Radeon HD 7570 pilot last year, I bought with my HP Pavilion HPE. It seems, Googling, it's an OEM card and driver made by HP without support AMD... which means new AMD do not work for this unit, and HP will have to update the drivers.

So 2 questions:

1 exceeds my correct understanding? I will only wait for HP to update this driver? Or is there a workaround to use the AMD software to do. A lot of games does not work without the latest drivers, so if this is indeed the case, I wish that HP could do know right from the start, I certainly would have not opted for this machine through this understanding.

2. is there an ETA for an update?

Hello:

You are right in your first question.

It's a card made by AMD for HP exclusive, it uses a custom driver that works only on this map, and it is the only factor that will focus on this map.

Since this is a forum of consumer to consumer, no one here can answer your second question, but my opinion is that HP will never release a updated driver for the graphics card.

If you want to ask someone at HP if they will ever update the graphics for the 7570 driver, please do not hesitate to submit your question to the management of HP on the link below.

  • Dell XPS 8500 with 1 GB AMD Radeon HD 7570 - how to connect two monitors or?

Hi, I got my Dell XPS 8500 today with the 1 GB AMD Radeon HD 7570.

Before buying the office, I read online that the AMD Radeon HD 7570 supports Eyefinity.   Eyefinity is supposed to be capable of supporting 4 monitors using the HD 7570 map by the description here: http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/7000/7570/Pages/radeon-7570.aspx#2

When you look at the photos of the Dell XPS 8500 online I thought that Eyefinity support was to use a display in addition to the DVI port Port.   Specifically, I thought that a monitor has been supported by DVI monitors while 4 thru two supported using an active connection to the view port using a product like the DisplayPort Accell UltraAV K087B-005 / 3 x multi-monitor DVI - D single-link adapter.

To my surprise the graphics card came with an HDMI port, not a display port and I believe that HDMI port is a connection from one to the other, and not one of many display connection.   Maybe someone can correct me if I am wrong on this point.   But if I'm not wrong then, this would imply that, at most, the Dell XPS 8500 with the AMD Radeon HD card 7570 can support up to only 2 monitors (one DVI port) and the other HDMI port instead of 4 monitors as described on the above link.

Others would agree with this statement?

Note that the Dell XPS 8500 also has a VGA connector on it but I tested it using a monitor on VGA and a monitor on the DVI connection and the computer that reported as an invalid monitor config.   Probably because the VGA and DVI connections are originally the same video display as connect two monitors to display even has no logical sense.

I have not tested the HDMI port for the second monitor again mainly because I don't have a spare HDMI cable on site at the present time.   I'll probably buy one tomorrow unless I see the comments of my post, specifying that a second monitor can be moved through the HDMI port on the AMD Radeon HD 7570 map...   I'd be surprised if that were the case (1 monitor system would be quite restrictive), but it is difficult to say with certainty, because the VGA and DVI connections at the same time have been marked by the computer as an invalid configuration...

Any thoughts on the different ways to configure multiple monitors with the XPS 8500 and the 1 GB AMD Radeon HD 7500 is appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Doug

If the card is not a display port is not an eyefinity card and cannot stand 3 monitors... it will be 2 monitors, no problem... I couldn't find anywhere on the site of Dell, where he says that the card was eyefinity... If you want 3 assumption of monitors you can buy a video card that supports.

  • AMD Radeon HD 7570 noisy fan

My HP Pavilion has an AMD Radeon 7570 HD that has a very noisy fan. Is there a cure for this?

Give the fan a healthy dose of air compressed. I had a noisy fan on my AMD card (shaken) and that worked for me.

  • AMD Radeon 7570-devices is not compatible with Windows 10 - you're going to have problems with your screen

Microsoft will come out with Windows 10, as an upgrade of the free operating system next month, July 29, 2015. They came out with an app, 'Get Windows 10', which is intended to help the operating system upgrade process. In this app, it checks for compatibility issues that may exist between your computer and their new Windows 10.  I get results for two of compatibility issues when I run this app. The one that concerns me, it is with the video card that came with my computer, AMD Radeon HD 7570.

The app tells me: "these devices are not completely compatible with Windows 10" and he adds "you will encounter problems with your screen."

Is there any driver updates that resolve this problem?

The driver, I installed on my pc is Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. version 8.960.11.2000

Windows says that the driver is up-to-date.

If no driver is available to correct this problem will be I need to replace the video card in my computer and if so with what?

I currently use two screens, a LG 22EA53 (analog) and an Acer S230HL without any problems with Windows 7, Home Premium, Service Pack 1.

    Malygris1,

Well, son of a gun... looks that microsoft has made changes in their updates.

Now when you run the "'get 10 app Windows, check your PC ' it reads in devices..." "0 problems found."

Looks like Microsoft do with last-minute changes, as you indicated, and others have mentioned about being patient on this matter, that they may (?) have addressed this problem.  Probably won't suddenly course up until the update is done.

Guess for now, I have to score this as accept as a Solution.

  • Desktop HP Pavilion 550-A17C: two monitors with desktop HP Pavilion 550-A17C? (Graphics, AMD Radeon R5)

Hello. My computer is a HP Pavilion Desktop 550 - A17C with AMD Radeon R5 (integrated) graphics card. Can he take charge of two monitors? I did everything I can think of, including searching the Internet for a number of hours for solutions. For the life of me I can't get the computer to detect the second monitor, when I have two connected monitors.

I connect the main monitor with a VGA cable and the second with a DVI cable. The computer only has a VGA connector and a DVI connector. There is no HDMI port (serioulsly and I bought this computer as three months previously, as a refurb...) (Lol).

What I want to do, is extend the display. My hardware is unable to conduct two screens? A USB video adapter solve the problem?

  • Update: problem HP 4540 graphic s AMD Radeon HD M 7650

    Update (September 23)

Understood graphic will only switch when the AC is plugged on and laptops running on battery. While the battery is in the ac is plugged in, it won't switch. (AC in + battery or.)

How does it eat for only on battery + after closing the game-> blue screen come to 100%.

(I don't know he's trying to return to the HD 7650 and somehow, it does not support.)

    _________________________

Hi there, hope you guys can understand something... so far, I have tried everything to my knowledge.

    First the Specs:

    HP ProBook 4540 s (C5E12ES), 15.6 ", Core i5 - 3210M 2 x 2.50 GHz, 6 GB, 750 GB, AMD Radeon HD 7650 M 2 GB

(integrated HD 4000) (pre - install OS > SUSE 11)

Current OS: Win 7 Professional 64-bit

    Problem:

Installed in almost all of the drivers that were available here:

    http://h20000.www2.HP.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/ProductList.jsp?lang=en & CC = US & TaskID = 135 & prodTypeId...

(ofc. for w7 64-bit; and they claim to work)

But he never passed to the Radeon HD 7650 M no matter what I attributed to the AMD Catalyst (High Performance) + energy Max Power Mode (also checked the option all have been set for maximum power).

So, basically, the problem is that the discrete Radeon HD 7650 M graphics card is never available. I tried to disable in the BIOS "Switchable Graphics" Mode > causes only that the HD 7650 M is not yet visible in the Manager of hardware + not available + catalyst shows that it is working properly. (+ there is no Option that worked to manually assign the gpu)

Given that the system must be a switchable dynamic AMD chart , I can not even download other drivers than those offered by HP (won't work of course...).

    > > In games only the HD 4000 is visible (even when the 7650M is completely disabled games and videos run with HD 4000 > > who said so far only one has been used (I wanted to clarify that since some think that the HD 4000 is supported "in the background" by the discrete gpu-> is not!))

There there no driver to manage the 7650M atm? As far as I read Sony handled somehow this problem for their products with the material mentioned above. Also tried to remove all the drivers and installation only AMD (not a good idea... no drivers of Intel HD nothing worked - well, since only this integrated gpu was his work so far).

Oh almost forgot... the BIOS preinstalled is somehow a newer version than that offered on the section driver for hp 4540 s:

    BIOS version: 68IRR worm. F.02, 27.07.2012

    SMBIOS: 2.7

So useful I can provide screenshots. (Side-Note: Notebook was released as this month, I guess).

Thanks for any help/advice in advance.

    Maybe useful references:

    http://www.manualowl.com/m/Hewlett-Packard/ProBook-4540s/manual/277780?page=39

    (only page 39)

    Probably useless Info:
Tested the system also with 3d-mark-11 > preset he advances to 'High Performance' (in the catalyst) I was surprised how the test is run (results looked like 10-20-times "less" than the average same gpu (7650M) < also it was the first time I saw a program used the discreet gpu.)

    > "Message:"... the graphics driver was not accepted. I can assure you that.

What also bothers me is the fact that some hardware probably 4000HD Intel is really buring stable around 122-130 ° C (even if the laptop is not hot at all - maybe that the sensors are nuts...)

    Switching problem SOLVED!

Because it works battery with the graphics mode I again probably energy options that can interfere - checked all and found one that blocked the graphics of switching:

    > Click on the stack > energy Options (for the regime) > improved energy options > check all entries there are 3 that may conflict with the power:

    > Set the switchable dynamic graphics for battery and ac automatic
    > Set the gpu power plan intel for performance max ac (or both - if you want to)
    > Set the ATI Powerplay - Options for optimal performance / max

! Also check that you have set the application/game to HIGH Performance in your
Catalyst Control Center (+ do not turn off the Power Play Option in Catalyst Control Center)

(+ do not forget after passage of balanced high-power or energy saving these entries must be defined as well)

    ↑ graphic will pass!

! Rest, the computer will always be bluescreen then (maybe this can also be solved by playing with the Options of energy.

! Also remember that applications/games will still show that you can select the HD 4000 only, but will switch discrete gpu (7650M HD). More FPS + better graphics that will prove also.

    Hello forum users HP

NOTE: SORRY I WRITE THIS IN THE BAD ADVICE. ALL "NOTEBOOK TIPS" WERE / IS 'READ ONLY' NOT ALLOWING ME TO POST IT. IT IS THE COUNCIL CLOSER TO YOU, I COULD FIND. AGAIN, I AM SORRY.

I had problems trying to play new games (Maplestory and Minecraft) on my laptop. After trying many problems on the forums of game specific, I came to the conclusion that my video card is what affect my ability to play these games.

    I have a HP Pavilion dv7 laptop running 64-bit Windows 10.

    • Processor Quad-Core AMD Phenom P960
    • 4.00 GB ram
    • AMD Radeon HD 6300 M series and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 series 'graphics cards.

The problem that seems to hinder my ability to load these games is my AMD Radeon HD 6300 m series card. Looking in the Device Manager I see it's a Code 43 error: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems."

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers with windows update. I went on the site of AMD and installed the new beta drivers of Crimson 15.11.1.

    I found this post:

    http://www.TomsHardware.com/Forum/381108-33-solved-graphics-error-code

and follow up post mrgooyes (about 4-5 responses down) and again I have no luck.

I thought maybe since I opened my laptop some time ago and didn't eventually plug them into common sense could be considered, but my dad says they're integrated into the motherboard. I'm starting to believe, it is a problem with Windows 10 and alas, I have no possibility of return.

If anyone has any ideas what could be wrong or how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to know if there is more information that I would need to post and I will gladly try my best to keep guys updated day.

Thanks in advance for any answer!

If you go to the link and click on modify in the light blue box under the picture of my laptop, it will allow you to change the OS to windows 7, which is the factory installed OS for my laptop. You will find the driver I posted once you do this.

On another note, my Windows Update has installed some drivers for the cards and their revenue to the original state that they were (code 43). How can I stop windows update install this specific update?

Until you return to the supported o/s there is no real solution to your problem right now.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the situation is that you should not do the upgrade of Win10.  Their upgrade tool has done a really poor job of detecting switchable graphics before the updrade, and as a result, people like you end up with machines that are no longer fully functional.  Same thing happened to me.

With switchable graphics, the only work pilots come from OEM making machines, because the material is suitable, so having to be engines.  MS does not supply these drivers any more than the video card manufacturers.

So, without driver HP Win10 for your PC, you're stuck with only two results:

    (1) keep Win10 and faced with the problem of graphs

    (2) to return your PC to the original operating system.

I chose the second because I prefer a PC with an OS more old where everything worked, to a PC with a new operating system, where things don't work.

    Hello

I'm not sure of what you ask for because you indicated that you are sure that it is the CPU but you have what it takes to update the graphics card.   You can use the management tasks (resource monitor) to monitor the CPU usage while the game is active and see if the CPU is limited (more than 70%).

I tried the methods described in the attachment that you gave me.  It seemed that he would work for a second.  Turn the computer off, tied the two monitors, turned on the computer and got the window startup screen on both monitors, then both became black.  SAT, wait a few minutes to see the login screen - nothing.  Unplugged the monitor with the HDMI cable and the monitor with DVI cable up to connect.  Plugged the cable HDMI back and connect the DVI screen goes black and the HDMI animated.  Went to the Catalyst Control Center and created an Eyefinity display group and followed the instructions and have now both screens to work.  Thank you

The Radeon 6450 on your PC has three ports; DVI, HDMI, and VGA according to the configurator.  Please check this information.

You can use a DVI cable to HDMI. www.pccables.com you can think of an adapter (DVI-HDMI).  I do not recommend adapters because they add more points of failure.
