  I know that XP uses only 3.5 GB of RAM as max sound, but even im not seen that on memtest, I get around 3070 mb.

  You are running 32-bit Windows on it? If so, 4 GB is the maximum, and here again, you will only be able to use about 3.2 GB of it.
