An appropriate case or cover to Yoga 2 8 Tablet?

Nobody here don't know or use a good case/cover for their Yoga 2 8 "tablet and if so, where did get it?

I have some on eBay and Amazon have looked but can not make my choice.

It takes case or cover?

I have my Moto X 2nd generation (32 GB) last week. And the Android, as well.

My serious doubt is whether to use the entire cover or deal with it. My Moto X is in Royal Blue and it looks / feels great as it is. But I heard a lot of things that the display glass is likely to break even with a fall from a low height to the ground.

In India, bumper of good quality is not yet available. I bought a back cover, but she does lose the identity of my phone!

All phones with glass screens will be break if they fall. Maybe not the first time, but all are sensitive. The Moto X is not worse, then all others - but the biggest screens, less bezel on the sides, means more chance to break the glass. Look at the iPhone 4 and 5 - glass on front and back - guaranteed to break any fall.

That being said - case are a personal preference. I have not used with any smartphone glass, and I've never broken a phone. It does not mean that I can't break a phone, just that I chose to take a chance that I am careful enough.

Convert text into its appropriate case

Looking for a way to convert the text in my text field on my form in capital letters correctly when the user moves out of the field. I think I could use javascript to validate this. New to LiveCycle ARE. any help would be appreciated, thanks

Lenovo Yoga 2 Windows Tablet stuck on the display "Hi there" after reset

In January of this year, who is traveling to the United States, I bought a Yoga 2 Tablet (1051F). I have used since then, even improved to 10 Windows. After this time, I decided to sell it, so I reset Windows 10 with the option to erase all. The process went smooth, took time. After restartintg, I was introduced to display "Hi There". Problem is: I can't click anywhere. I touch the option on the screen and nothing happens. I tried to connect a wireless USB mouse, nothing helps. I live in the Brazil, and Lenovo does not provide support for this product here.

What I tried:

-Leave the collection: it goes the same screen, same problem.

-Restart with USB flash drive: created a my another PC running Windows 10 recovery disk, but it does not recognize the tablet.

Here is the image of the screen at the moment. Did anyone been through this? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm happy to report I have solved this problem and now, you may also like. All you need is:

-an OTA cable

-a USB hub

-a USB keyboard

-a USB mouse

I had to buy the keyboard and the mouse. Two of them must be wired; Wireless will not workYou can only use the keyboard if you want, and then you won't need the hub. This is what I have at the beginning (like this), but I quickly got sick using keyboard shortcuts and I had already bought a mouse and a hub USB lying somewhere there, I gave that a try and it worked.

Simple turn off the Tablet, connect the cable of the OTA for the micro-USB port, USB hub to the OTA cable and keyboard & mouse to the hub. Now, you can go through the initial steps of the installation.

The touch screen does not work at first. You can wait for Windows search and install the correct drivers or go to the Lenovo support site and download all the drivers. You'll need to first is one who says something "chipset". Install and it configures touchpad, bluetooth and screen.

The system for my tablet of yoga information Pro 3 says that bluetooth 4.0 is supported. I understand a patch is needed on material 4.0 support 4.1 gadgets. This hotfix has been applied in an update? If not, are there plans to do and if so, how would one verify that 4.1 has become supported?

I kind of solved the problem by picking up this sleeve Lenovo Yoga 500 that has stuff and port cutouts, I put the part inside keyboard when you use desktop mode - it leaves not the device fold all the way in tablet mode, but it's great for transport.

I was wondering what came inside the box. I jut had the keyboard in the mail today and all I see is the keyboard and the usb charger.

The instructions say to connect to a USB "port on a computer or charger. I was expecting sort of a wall charger. Is it not a CDE?

Suppose that it does not include a wall charger, you can use the wall charger that is using your mobile phone.

Ideapad Windows 10 question sleep Yoga 13

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and so far no big deal don't except this one:

Where two users are connected at the same time, and one of them closes the lid to enter standby mode, Yoga restarts instead of go to sleep. This happens only in the case that more than one user is connected to Windows. This was fine when I was using Windows 8.1, but has stopped working in Windows 10.

Another small issue: Yoga is not tablet mode are the request, folded in the tablet. Automatic screen rotation works fince btw and keyboard is well off in tablet mode. But 10 Windows does not recognize it.

Advice, especially on the first topic on the eve?

PS: 10 Clean of Windows Installer, default BIOS, Windows default power settings.

OK people, I hear.

I dug a little deeper into the event viewer and encountered some issues with the Conexant Smartaudio device. Uninstall all the drivers for the audio device and instead use the default windows drivers seems to fix the problem.

This is may be of help to someone else.

I recently bought a Lenovo Thinkpad tablet. Before buying, I checked with Lenovo and told me I had a choice between a leather (not in stock until the famous) cover or one with a keyboard integrated. As I already have a laptop with a built-in keyboard, I opted to wait for coverage that was out of stock. Now, I have been informed by Lenovo that they know nothing about leather covers for the tablet.

2 questions: Licensing an image for a book cover

I found an image Adobe Stock I want to use on the cover of my book. Two questions: 1) is - should I buy an extended license through eu.fotolia.com because Adobe doesn't offer licenses? (2) article 3.1(b) of the States Adobe terms of additional Stocks (General Restrictions) that I can't "share the work with another person or entity. Does this mean that I can not send the image to the person or the company I hired to design the copy of my book? Please specify. Thanks for your help.

As a general rule, you can use an image Adobe Stock for the cover of your book. There are a few exceptions. The image cannot provide the main value of the book. In most cases, the cover is simply decorative with the contents of the book providing the value of the primary. Another thing to keep in mind is that the use of the image may be perceived as offensive by a model presented in the image. No romance, hot, content policy, etc. The draw of the limit is 500,000 if you should buy an additional license if you exceed sales 500 000. As always, don't forget to consult the license agreement for more information on the permitted use and if you are still unsure, it may be in your best interest to get legal advisers to revise the agreement in your name as well.

Try to use regular expressions to convert names in title case

I'm changing name to their appropriate case of the most common names in North America (especially the United States).
Some examples are in the comments of the code provided below.
My problem is that * retName = retName.replaceAll ("([^]) ([^] +)", "$1".toUpperCase () + "$2" ""); * does not work as I expect. It seems that calling toUpperCase method actually doesn't do anything for the identified group.
Everything else works as I hope.

I hope I did not browse through each character of the string, mounted the characters that follow the spaces.

Portege Z10t - case of Capture does not fit

Hey guys,.

I bought a Z10t-12W a few days ago and also ordered a case of Capture from Toshiba for the tablet.
Unfortunately I can't get the two inner parts case (the mounted form internal mould) closed/connected.
Parts adapted so tight (actually too tight), which they immediately fall apart once again, because of the enormous tension.

I think that this is definitely not normal.
Everyone knows the same problem? Would it be a manufacturing error? I don't know if I should buy another who may be better...

Lenovo Tablet 2 Yoga does not turn on

It is good to hear that your Tablet works normally Sevast99! I hope that other people have the same results after perfomring my 'fix '.

Step by step solution:
Disabled people Daydream - under display settings

Switched on and enabled on-demand Power Off - software is complicated... maybe a toggle to clear the bug?

Energy saving enabled Sceen and GPU - this is under power management settings

Toggled on and toggled off "Turn off applications when the screen is off" - same as before thought process. Maybe it's buggy.

Set the Smart Switch Lenovo on 'Manual' - I don't know what it is, but the automatic mode means that I can't control it... and I don't like it.

After that I made these changes my Yoga 2 Android Tablet 10 "was normally achieve. I hope that someone can replicate this possible fix!
