  I am trying to install a game open source called Rigs of Rods on my dual-boot MacBook Pro with Windows 7 installed via Boot Camp. I get an error that prevents the installation of DirectX. I know that Win 7 includes DirectX 11, but this game does not currently support the DX 11. If I get this error when you try to install DirectX 9. I had a similar problem with another game that I tried installing on another machine Win 7 which is not started in dual mode, and install DirectX 9 worked perfectly.   I had Directx 10 or 11 before, and I ran DirectX Rollback wizard, hope it would completely uninstall, but it didn't.

  Where are the files located in Directx? or where they could be located...

  Also, I think this could be fixed if I downloaded a version I install Directx9 manually.

  I blew on it this time, and I completely uninstalled DirectX to attempt to clean install it. Now, it will not install. I get the error "an internal system error has occurred. Please refer to the DXError.log and DirectX.log. "I try to install it again.

  If this does not help, then I suggest that run you a SFC scan to see if there are corrupted files.
  Click Start
  Type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD
  Click on "Run as Administrator"
  At the command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

  This will check for any violation of the integrity and repair any damaged operating system files.

  Reboot your system.

  Then try to reinstall DirectX.
  Please answer back with an update on if it solves your problem.

  2. What is the full/exact error message?

  3. have you connected any external to the computer card reader recently?

  4. What is the brand and model of the computer?

  It seems that the installation of the driver of the multimedia card reader is not over. If you have connected to any card reader recently, you can re - connect to the computer and allow the computer to detect the device.

  Annoyingly, I had this exact problem happening for weeks, I've been looking around and couldn't find any information to help me. Then today a few other applications do not work either, so I looked into it abit more to try to understand what might be preventing them to connect.

  It turns out that my time had advanced sort 1 additional day (so rather than it be Friday as it should have, it showed as on Saturdays). After the change of this return, everything could connect again.

  Not sure if this is a solution for everyone (or anyone), but I have not seen it mentioned and this is my question, it seems.

  After a few hours of searching, I found a forum with a lot of these questions. I'm posting the links here just in case someone else has the same problem.

  Basically, it's a bug, and nobody really knows what the exact correction is... but some of the solutions have worked. For me, I copied my project files in a backup folder. Delete the project. Created a new project and copied the files back.

• Error message "a system error has occurred" on iPad-lost changes

  I use Adobe Acrobat on my iPad to read PDF articles. When I read an article I highlight and annotate, but recently, when I stop scrolling or highlighting, move apps or lock my iPad when I come back to it, I get a message error-"a system error has occurred." When I click on the view, it returns me to the menu where the rest of my documents are, but when I go back the document I was working on, all my notes and highlights are gone. I looked to make sure that the application and my iPad are up-to-date on the software, and they are. I also tried restarting my iPad to see if the problem that will be solved, but it is not. This has happened on several files, so I don't think it's a particular file that is the question.

  in any case... my bad... If the compiler sees something really wrong with your code he goes into panic mode and doesn't show you any errors... :) Gotta make sure that your code is valid...
