  • Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, Professional Edition monthly

    Dear all,

We would like to publish a brochure iPad in 3 different languages. In an application separately for each language that you want to publish.

And the same publication that we spend with Android OS versions are also three different languages, in three separate application.

    So:

    iPad app 3 pcs

    application Android 3 pcs

I ask your help for this. Adapted for this use, "Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, Professional Edition monthly" subscription.

    Thank you for your help.

    Tunde

DPS Professional Edition is limited to a single application for a title through each of our supported platforms. In your case, you would have three applications on each platform, which would require three separate Professional Edition licenses.

The Digital Publishing Suite allows me to publish as many files as I wish?

By "post" do you mean post on Apple's App Store? You can create as many sheets as you want using DPS and view using the content of office or the iPad preview Viewer. If you want to push that your live folios by download either free or fees on the Apple App Store, you will need to apply to Apple.

  • With the help of Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, Professional Edition

    Hi all

I am interested in the use of the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite to my work and I have a few questions.

First of all, I want to make a stand for apple and then application for android. I got about 5-6 different magazines that each of them may publish annually 5 to 12 issues.

What license can I use the software as long as magazines I want (which means 10 apps, all of them to each magazine for example)?

What is the cost for this?

    I appreciate your time,

    Thanks in advance,

    Nick

Yes. For each application, you must use a different Adobe ID.

  • Digital Publishing Suite - Professional, is the price even if CC member?

We already have an Adobe Creative Cloud account.

We have Digital Publishing Suite - simple editing already but have now realised it is only possible to create applications ipad there and not iphone apps.

As a society and as we already pay for an annual membership creative cloud, we want to know if the price of £400 odd monthly would be correct if we look into the purchase of the Professional Edition, that this price is excessive considering.

    Thank you

Yes, it's the correct price. DPS Professional Edition is a separate product from creative cloud.

Note that even if you buy a professional license you will not be able to create unique Edition iPhone applications. We support only issues of multiple publications for iPhone.

1.) No, you can create content (via InDesign) for the app on Mac or Windows, but you need to build your application (using the viewer Builder) on Mac.

  • DPS APP BUILDER ON DIGITAL PUBLISHING SUITE

I have a professional account on DPS. I have create a folio multi android app flowing ok.

When I enter on the following DPS when I click on the option mac dps application builder I get the message "we have found THAT DPS App Builder. installed on your system Want to download? "I click ok and I have download the .dmg file and I install the generator, but I still get the same message when trying to reach the DPS App Builder of the suite. Please note the following:

When I run the DPS App Builder of my application, it opens right and I see my app.

I have CS6 update with the latest version of the tools back.

I have Nations United-mounted and re - installed the DPS App Builder.

Could I have some help on this because before I could reach the DPS application thanks to my DPS console Builder.

This sometimes happens with certain browser configs. The link on the portal is a simple link of convenience. You can still run DPS App Builder by going to your Applications in the Finder folder, then it runs directly from there, there is no reason to run it from the portal.

Note that if you build an Android application you should seriously consider using our new native Android viewer instead of the inherited old Viewer. To build a Digital Publishing Suite help, see Viewer native Android | Native DPS of applications for Android devices.

If you are unable to use the native Android Viewer please reply back and tell me why. Thank you!

  • Adobe Digital Publishing Suite rest Possible?

I'm curious to know if In Design always takes care of the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite?

What I am after is the creation of iOS applications, without having to write code.  In my research, it would be

seems that DPS has taken a different path and is part of the experience in Adobe Cloud Marketing Manager?

When I try to run the app DPS constructor, he asks me to install Java.  Yes, I did.  When I re - run the application, it is

still prompting me to install Java.

Someone at - it no indication on what is happening with DPS?

So, are there other options Adobe to create iOS, without the need to write applications code?

    Thank you kindly.

    -Daniel

Juice thought I would add this information here.  I contacted Adobe support by chat:

    Sophie: Hello

Daniel Rappaport: Hello Sophie. Can you help me animate CC?

    Shikha: Welcome to Support Adobe

    Daniel Rappaport: thank you.

Sophie: Yes, I can help you.

Shikha: Please tell me your concern.

Daniel Rappaport: awesome! Here's the workflow I have a question about. Is it possible to do the following: create an animation - essentially an app - document in InDesign. -> Export, FLA-> in a file, open the .fla file to animate CC-> create an iOS off CC app animate?

Daniel Rappaport: Then take to Apple for distribution of iOS app store?

Daniel Rappaport: * do the following:

    Shikha: Please let me check

    Daniel Rappaport: thank you.

    Sophie: Yes, you can do

Daniel Rappaport: perfect! So should I understand that when you open the .fla file in CC animate, it resembles any other .fla to him, and therefore, export (for lack of a better term) on an iOS app is the same? There are no complications?

Sophie: Yes, it will open like. Fla. In addition, the application allows you to know who supported or not files.

Shikha: There are settings that you need to do for iOS app.

Daniel Rappaport: I see. Very well. Perfect. I am eager to discover this new. We finished. Take care.

Daniel Rappaport: You can close the cat.

Daniel Rappaport: Or I will. Have a great day @.

    Daniel Rappaport: * day!

  • Create an app for iOs iPhone 5 from a folio of Digital Publishing Suite

I had the only edition of DPS that I update for the company to make the iOs iPhone since InDesign Folio application. I made a simple iPad App before with the unique edition of DPS now, I want iPhone

but I can't manage to create an app for iOs iPhone 5 from a Digital Publishing Suite of a folio on inDesign Adobe CS6 with iPhone 5 resolution of 1 136 640 pixels x.

    Question:

is it possible and how to do it (I tried so many ways)

Otherwise, I just want to understand that - this really is possible to do with DPS on iPhone...

We do not support unique Edition on iPhone applications. The only type of application we support for iPhone is several question, which requires a professional account or business.

  • Digital Publishing Suite help | Creating HTML for DPS items.

This question has been posted in response to the following article: http://helpx.Adobe.com/Digital-Publishing-Suite/help/import-HTML-articles.html

    Hello

I think the problem is that HTML article will start automatically outside your control, which is for HTML items unless you code some kind of mechanism that responds to the action of some boot drive (press a button, drag it somewhere, etc.). To answer your other question, however, you can use inDesign and control when the announcement will begin.

In InDesign, you can set the delay for a Web content overlay a.125, and it will be "fire" when it comes first in the view of the player. If you set it to zero (the value by default, by the way), then it is "triggered" when section of the load, which may not be what you expect it, since DPS will be preload adjacent items to improve the reading experience. Therefore, you can put your ad HTML/jquery into a folder with an index.html file to drive it and then make a Web content overlay in InDesign that points to the file index.html for your ad. Set the autoplay overlay, and then assign the seconds retard.125. In this way, your ad always begins when your player slips to see. It also allows you to get the announcement as an interstitial deeper into a story, and you can make sure that it starts when the reader sees it and not before.

There's a cavet here, which is that the article will take time to load, depending on the complexity of your HTML code. Thus, your readers can see a spinning wheel on the screen instead of your ad, while the announcement begins to load. You must be sure to put a poster frame there is perhaps a screenshot of the first frame of your animation. In this way, loading the ad, she will already have the first image ready to go and will replace the first frame of the animation.

  • Try Digital Publishing Suite

    Hi all

I am wanting to build a stand for the iPhone and iPad app. I'm trying to understand the best way to do it. I would try to DPS, so I signed up for a free trial of Adobe cloud. But, while it gives me options for dl Dreamweaver and other programs, it does not give me the option for DPS. If the Digital Publishing Suite is not available for a free trial?

DPS is a separate service. Creative cloud includes unlimited simple editing apps, but for booth you will need a pro or Premium level account.
