Analysis of the inline XML

Greetings,

I am running CF MX7 and uses XMLparse to parse the following XML code.

XMLparse works very well and returns the appropriate structure (or so I thought). The description tag starts by "trout ('and then the tag strong inline surrounds 2 sets of text." with 'and' between the two, followed by a ")" at the end.

Structure description of the Tufts all text not with the strong tags in a single XMLtext ("trout (and) '") and has two child nodes for each of the brands. I can analyse everything but can not output the text in appropriate order. I analyzed this XML with stylusStudio and it creates correctly 3 fields of description with the appropriate text in the 2 fields strong and them.

Shouldn't XMLparse also return 3 both description elements?

Thanks for any information...

You must the content of the description element ToString() and then remove any XML declaration extrinsic which adds the function. Unless you're using CF6.1, in which case you can use Java toString() as a shortcut... it won't turn on the statement.

    Hi guys

    Please give me some clearification on this

    At the time of creation of the atg project, we specify following

    1. j2eeapplication name
    2. name of the Web application
    3. context root
    4. Server

    This will create the following:

    • /J2EE - Apps / {j2ee application name}/META-INF/application.xml

    application.XML, this will serve as runassebler while creating ears (reading manifest file) to determine the associated web application to this

  • The analysis of the output XML of DBMS_METADATA

    I was wondering if someone managed to parse the output of DBMS_METADATA. XML in the columns of relational access to higher values of partition etc without the restrictions of data type LONG dictionary?

    For example, I was hoping I could use something like the following to get the metadata of the partition for the SOMEPARTITIONEDTABLE table:
    SELECT EXTRACTVALUE(dict.xmlddl, '/ROWSET/ROW/TABLE_T/PART_OBJ/PART_LIST/PART_LIST_ITEM')
    FROM   ( SELECT dbms_metadata.get_xml('TABLE','SOMEPARTITIONEDTABLE') AS xmlddl FROM dual ) dict;
    It gives me "ORA-00932: inconsistent data types: expected - got-

    It is not quite that simple, of course, because I actually checked out of/SCHEMA_OBJ/SUBNAME and /HIBOUNDVAL for each PART_LIST_ITEM, so I think I first need to break the XML into a PART_LIST_ITEMs XMLTABLE. Unfortunately, XML syntax makes my head ache.

    The idea is that it would be useful in various maintenance tasks of partition such as archiving scripts without having to install a bunch of types and packages.

    You can try this:

    SELECT x.*
    FROM XMLTable(
     '/ROWSET/ROW/TABLE_T/PART_OBJ/PART_LIST/PART_LIST_ITEM'
     passing xmltype( dbms_metadata.get_xml('TABLE','SOMEPARTITIONEDTABLE') )
     columns
      obj_num number path 'OBJ_NUM',
      subname varchar2(30) path 'SCHEMA_OBJ/SUBNAME',
      hiboundval number path 'HIBOUNDVAL'

    Hi all..

    I had this problem for a while now, but now its got to the point where I can't scan anything now or the other.

    If I try to click on the HP Solution Center, all I get is a popup saying "error analysis in the file c:\program files (x 86) \hp\digital imaging\bin\hpqscloc\1033.xml.

    I had a link to the screen so that I could use my scanner, but now it will not work, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling every driver HP & file I can find, but I'm not getting anywhere.  Any ideas?

    IM using a laptop Toshiba Satellite C660D-1 and can connect to my HP Officejet 6500 has more (E710 n) by usb and wireless network.

    IM using 64 bit Win 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, with an AMD E - 450 APU Radeon HD Graphics and 6 GB of ram.

    Its a cell phone works, so reformatting wouldn't the best solution, even if it's as well as I would have originally been.

    Any other suggestions would be appreciated

    Hi DavRao

    Thanks for the answer... Sorry that I won't be back for you so far, I ended up going out on the road all week.

    I had already seen the advice below on the first page I've found in research to help, but I forgot to mention that I had already tried.

    I have a drive and downloaded another copy of my drivers, but at no time I found L4uninstall.exe

    Also, I do not consider the L1, L2 and L3 uninstall that I've seen mentioned previously...

    I found the uninslaller on the HP Web sites, and runing it me have once step 1, a second round was stage 2, stage 3, stage 4.

    By now, I got desperate and tried everything I thought that could help to remove all traces of services in msconfig, uninstall everything related to HP, I even backed up and then deleted (in desperation) and the entered boot records of HP.

    Nothing helps. Uninstall would start to remove the drivers, but just before it finished every time, it would start to recede and that should give up then.

    I ran a system restore to before you start tweaking options, etc, just so that everything was back to normal, but still does not...

    Then downloaded and installed "Iobit Advanced Uninstaller" (100% free to use)

    http://www.iobit.com/advanceduninstaller.php

    This allows to uninstall all references of HP and its first rotation used the regular unilstall sequence and didn't, but then he gave me the choice of force uninstall...

    He gave me options of backup/backup so that if things went wrong, it could be cancelled... and it all uninstalled... Then authorized registry references and a set much more that I never would have found manually.

    After that restart 99% of HP had disappeared...  I then used CCleaner (100% free to use)

    http://www.Piriform.com/CCleaner

    It cleaned all the cookies for leftovers, abandoned the entries in registry etc...

    I was on the moon...

    HP full software downloaded again, just to be sure, I got later and he ran...

    It was the same version that I had often tried to install above all that I had been unable to remove, but this time, the options and the stadiums were completely different, it was as if my laptop had never seen a HP printer before and has been learning new.

    Installed perfectly, (with all updates and shopping addons unchecked)

    My scanner now works on the whish network wireless its NEVER done in almost 2 years.

    All the drivers are up to date, where as before, I often saw up to 10 versions of my printer all the tag errors, even if the printer would work for basic operations...

    IM happy now IM 100% healed...

    All this thanks to 2 bits of free software that I am now keeping the hand on lol...

    Hope this helps someone else with similar issues

    Hi all

    I'm looking to analyze the data returned by the Scopus API with Apex webservice.

    So far, the best I could do is to extract the total results by XMLTable:

    SELECT results.totalResults INTO numResults FROM
        XMLTable(
            XMLNamespaces(
                default 'http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom',
                'http://prismstandard.org/namespaces/basic/2.0/' as "prism",

                'http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/' as "dc"),
            '/search-results' PASSING xmlResult
             COLUMNS
             totalResults NUMBER PATH '//opensearch:totalResults') results;

    I'm not convinced that using XMLTable is the best solution, but that's what I've learned to work.  Take it further proves to be more problematic.

    Ideally, what I want to do is get the Subproperty, favorite-name/given-name, favorite-name/initials, favorite-name and affiliation-affiliation/current-name in a collection, as well as the entrance of <>... < / input >.  The user can then select the correct author, and we can use the full set of data to process.

    I'm sure that my problem comes down to manage multiple with XPath, although namespaces that putting my XPath through Validator online gives the desired result, it does not work for me in my PL/SQL.

    If someone could provide some tips and suggestions, I would be very grateful.

    Thank you very much

    It is not clear where you encountered problems because no details of the attempts to obtain the required information has been provided. Is not clear from the description exactly what "...". along with the ..." means, so I assumed that you want to store this item as an XML fragment in the collection. It is therefore necessary to use a loop with apex_collection.add_member as the most effective create_collection_from_queryb2 method doesn't have support to complete the collection XML column:

    ...

      /* Assuming the xmlResult variable is set somewhere previously... */

      apex_collection.create_or_truncate_collection('SCOPUS_RESULTS');

    That's the one that I would have suggested too.

    Another possibility would be to expand the collection in a subquery using the MULTISET operator, but I prefer the first approach.

    To summarize (assuming that the document is stored in the TMP_XML table):

  • &amp; lt; keyword &amp; gt; in the imsmanifest.xml file

    Hello

    I get an error during the test of SCORM 2004 Captivate 2 output. I use the Suite of Test of ADL 1.3.3 (Content Package compliance test) to test the zip file.

    The error is:

    Summary of compliance tests metadata
    ****************************************
    Test the metadata with location of inline and parent identifier of captivate_2_scorm_2004
    The metadata is well formed
    Metadata is invoked by the control documents
    ERROR: Metadata is NOT valid against the SCORM Application Profiles
    The metadata does NOT contain the extensions

    When I opened the newspaper to detailed metadata, I see two cases of:

    Element < keyword > minimum compliance test
    Multiplicity of element < keyword > has been verified
    < Keyword > element test for the Type of LangString
    Multiplicity of element < string > has been verified
    'Language' of LangString Type minimum compliance attribute test
    Attribute multiplicity 'language' has been verified
    Length of characters for the 'language' attribute has been verified
    ERROR: No text was found in the < string > element and fails the test of minimum character length

    When I open the actual imsmanefest.xml file, I notice that there are two places with the 'key word' code. The first is the < general > section, and the second is in the < classification > section.

    Here is the text of the manifest file:

    < general >
    <>identifier
    < catalog > Adobe Captivate course < / catalogue >
    captivate_2_scorm_2004 < entry > < / entry >

    < / description >
    < keyword >
    < string language = "x-none" > < / string >
    < / keyword >
    < / general >

    And here is the text of the other party which mentions < keyword >

    < classification >

    < string language = "x-none" > < / string >

    I can change these in the imsmanifest.xml file, but my question is, is there a source file I could change so that I don't have to change every single manifest file for each project of cp I develop? Or, is there a place where I can enter the cp itself file values for these elements of language of string (I tried to add a description to the file > Preferences dialog description area and it had no effect).

    Thanks for any help on the files to change or to find out where to put the info in the cp file,
    Alan

    Thank you, Bobby.

    I returned and filled in the manifesto > courses > subject field in through the Quiz Manager and that solved this problem. The output is now fully compliant SCORM 2004 (subsequently TEN tests).

    Note that using only mentions this field is mandatory...

    Thank you once again and now I can recommend updating to Captivate 2 (more a few other licenses for other developers).

  • I created a new library of more new playlists but cannot find the Library.xml file

    Hello

    I'm going to re - build my iTunes files from scratch, a kind of decennial event 'spring clean '. I have created a new library by using the command, click on application startup, and then began to rebuild new reading lists in the application. I can see the folder newly created the library that contains the new "iTunes Library.itl" file BUT I don't see that the iTunes Music Library.xml file. " There certainly must be one to save the data of the playlist, and probably "Get Info" should reflect today date' today... I don't see older versions.

    Although everything seems to work perfectly I don't want to have to re - visit the construction of Playlists from scratch for the next ten years! Can anyone suggest what happened to the .xml file?

    Thanks and greetings

    You can create an .xml on iTunes/file/library/Export library file and gives you the opportunity to put the Library.xml file in your iTunes Media folder - or anywhere you like.

    If you need to rebuild your playlists, you can go to iTunes, file, library, import playlist and select the .xml file.

    Normally, you do not see the .xml file in your iTunes folder.

  • "The document is not valid. The index.xml file is missing.

    I suddenly can't open one of my docs of numbers. I get a msg "'name of the doc' document is not valid. The index.xml file is missing.  I literally had the open document this morning without problem, closed, tried to reopen and now I get this msg... all in the same session of the computer. It began not after an update or anything like that, right in the middle of a session of the computer.  You seem to affect all the docs of numbers.  I can't open an any of them now.  I am running OS X El Capitan Version 10.11 and numbers 09, Version 2.1.

    Hi jg,.

    The case usual this message, it is that the document has been opened in numbers version 3.xx, which converts it into a new file version that uses the file index.xml internal requested by Numbers ' 09.

    You have 3 numbers installed on your machine? This file has already been opened in this application?

    The file was saved to iCloud or opened by the iOS version numbers or numbers for iCloud?

    Recommended 'cure' is to open the file using the 3 numbers, then save as... or export to format Numbers ' 09. As a result, remember numbers to quit smoking (v3) - menu numbers > numbers to quit smoking; by clicking on the red light closed the file, but doesn't end numbers. So avoid open numbers files by double-clicking on the file itself.

    Instead, start Numbers ' 09 (v2.3) and open the file in the application.

    Kind regards

    Barry

    This can be caused by a recent update of Flash 11.3.

    See:

  • createElement does not support the inline style

    The createElement and call javascript call subsequent appendChild should accept the inline style attribute format. In the first example below five lines of code are necessary when the second example below create same uses of the element to the style inline format requires only a single line. In addition, it is necessary to know the names of different attributes when switching between the style formats.

    The goal should be to use the style inline with each item format. Any other use of style format should be discouraged and marked as obsolete.

    The inline style format supports compression of code "vertical" allowing all style attributes to be set on a single line of code.

     dataFrame = document.createElement("iframe");
     dataFrame.id = "plotFrame";
     dataFrame.name = "displayData";
     dataFrame.style.border = "1";
     dataFrame.style.top = "100px";
     dataFrame.style.left = "0px";
     dataFrame.style.width = "1100px";
     dataFrame.style.height = "730px";
     document.body.appendChild(dataFrame);

     //document.writeln("<iframe id='plotFrame' style='position:absolute; border:1; top:100px; left:100px; width:1100px; height:730px;'></iframe>");

    The best way is to use DOM methods to add items later and do not use writeln, because it may not always work correctly even if it is easier to write.

    You can probably still use setAttribute ("style", ""); to set all the rules of style for this iframe in a single line.

  • After invoking the RSS "Subscribe to this page", then using the previous/next buttons, Firefox displays the raw XML code

    1) go to the URL http://bionsmalleyassoc.com/BSA_jsp/MU_test
    (2) select Bookmarks-> subscribe to this page
    3) press the previous button
    4) press the next button
    Note that him 'subscribe to this page' does not reappear. However, Firefox incorrectly displays the raw for the RSS XML, as if he forgot that the destination forward is an RSS feed.

    This same sequence in IE9 or Safari 5.1 works fine as expected. In addition, Firefox has the same problem in MAC OSX 10.6

    Works for me now, you probably recharge and bypass the cache (Ctrl + F5) to get a new copy of this page RSS.

  • Error message: the index.xml file is missing.

    I am trying to open a 'Numbers' file, which is stored in Dropbox in the cloud.

    I know there are some discussions about this already on this support group but they all suggest to back up files in Time Machine. I use Dropbox for years with no problems, but today I tried to open a file of numbers in Dropbox and received the message: "the index.xml file is missing." I have 2 other computers and an iPhone 6 and the file opens on them perfectly so my problem is with a single computer.

    I tried pulling the file from Dropbox on the desktop of another computer and then send this file to me as an attachment. I opened this file on the computer sends me questions, drag the file on the desktop and when I tried to open the file, I got the same message.

    It's just strange that it will not be open on computers.

    Any advise?

    Thank you, Tony

    Hi Tony,.

    This is somethng that occurs when you try to open a file of 3 numbers to 2 digits ('09). Make sure that you leave 2 numbers and then try to open the file of numbers 3. That should do it.
